Looks like it is coming off the bottom, no income yet but huge contract ahead...check it out

I started looking at this stock at .76 and watched it fall to where it is today,but all the news always sounds good with great contract deals with big money...how can it fall so badly?

starting to go up slow and steady looks like the selling is over with new news big movement
