Voting results to come out today. Well, I figure this stock is either going to go up or it's going to go down about 60 to 80% today depending on which way the vote goes. We will find out how much truth to their pr's there is. If the vote fails then we will know that this has been a huge scam based on the pr's stating the vote is only a formality and the sale is a done deal. If the vote passes then they have been telling us the truth the whole time. I have a feeling that bdgee is right on the announcement. If it passed the results will come out early because of their excitment, if it fails it may not come out until market close - if at all today.

I was thinking the opposite. I don't understand the delay in announcing it. The numbers have got to be counted - would have been done over the weekend. Why are they waiting so long?

The only reasons I can imagine to not announce the results (assuming there was an actual agreement and there was an actual vote) aren't good at all. I'm beginning to feel like a bag holder.

They have 3 hours - if they are not going to make the announcement by then they could at least send out a pr giving the reason why they can't meet the date they specified - otherwise I really start questioning their previous pr's.

Only 2 outcomes I see for this stock because as we aren't going to know the outcome of the vote until after the bell today and both outcomes piss me off.
1. They voted yes so good luck trying to get in tomorrow morning. 2. They voted no so good luck trying to get out tomorrow morning.

bdgee- your are right there, this is a pinky. However, if you have any prior knowledge/history of the stock market especially pink sheet companies you will know about pump and dumps. We know this buyout is legit for a number of reasons, we have dates, times and names. What pink is going to do that if its not legit.
