They just released financials (check them out in the daytrader thread). I also saw this on stockprofilers website:
Additionally, Premier recently entered into a strategic alliance with Stag Financial Group. Through this business alliance Stag Financial will provide Premier with various financial consulting services and assist Premier with utilizing its status as a publicly traded company to conduct occasional registered "spin-offs". Each such spin-off will result in a new stock dividends payable to Premier's loyal shareholders while increasing Premier's net income and enhancing its balance sheet. Premier anticipates conducting two to four such spin-offs each fiscal year. This Strategic Alliance is expected to be accretive to Premier's earnings per share (EPS).
Monday is gonna be an interesting day for this one. Check out the thread over in the day trader section

Financials look good, sales increased slightly over Q4/2004, net loss due to depreciation write off, cash flow ok, positive equity, acceptable OS shares, compnay claims to be expanding. If you want to take a chance on a possible 5-10x return, this may be for you. I feel the stock may be at a bottom around .06-.07

But what punctured PDVN in April (and particularly, the last two or three days of that month)that made it sink from around a dollar to less than a dime? I can't find anything......

I extracted this from sec filings and company website.
1> For the quarter ended March 31, 2005, revenues increased 4,245.2% 2> Same store sales increased 18.3% for the month of March 2005 3> For the quarter ended March 31, 2005, 2,222.4%, increase in gross profit was attributable to higher sales. 4> Customer counts in March, as represented by check count, saw more than a 24 % increase 5> Substantial increase in beer, wine and liquor consumption comps for the three month period, which were up 57%. 6> Premier intends to open up to two new Players Grille locations within the Jacksonville area during the course of fiscal 2005. They also plan on introducing a franchising program for Players Grille during the second half of fiscal 2005. 7> Premier is also actively seeking additional acquisition prospects that would complement and accelerate its growth. 8> PDVN has projected revenues for 2005 in the range of $ 2.5 – 3 million 9> Seeking AMEX or NASDAQ eligibility by end of fiscal year 2005.
No hype just the facts. All this information was obtained through Sec filings and company website.

Yes.. I posted in the 3 forums dealing with PDVN. I guess I am both excited to find a penny stock which has so much going for it. Usually you find one that has a lot of baggage and reasons why they are under a dime. This is one of those rare exceptions for me.

I totally agree. Everything I have read this week has been positive. I was going to jump into another stock until I found this one and like many couldn't understand the sudden price drop. My conclusion is that it was a sell off from fear and I expect a bounce back soon - very soon.

Somehow, leaving that plunge in the stock price unexplained leaves me thinking about watching a hillbilly come to town to see the wonders of the county fair and his cocky expression because he's so sure he knows exactly which one of the three Dixie Cups that pea is under, "'cause that slick talkin damnyankee in his fancy church goin suit can't put on over on me switchin them cups so fast.......I seen where he left it".
There has to be a reasonable explaination. Maybe they rigged something in that meeting Glassman says happened right before the drop? And it bothers me that casesence and me and no one else can find even one negative thing about PDVN. A sell off from fear.......fear of what....everything is positive?

Just a note of thanks. This was my first day on this site. I have been out of the pennies for sometime and decided a few weeks ago to jump back in. I researched several pennies and thought about investing in several companies but narrowed it down to this one. I believed then and still believe now that PDVN has the best chance for a bounce back. I purchased last week at .11 and if funds become available before it's anticapted rise by me, I will average down.
I also really want to thank a certain member for leaving me such a great member rating after my first post. I am glad that I could reciprocate So much for trying to inform other potential investors of what you find. BTW: If there is something negative about PDVN please post it here! Good luck finding any!

Boys, boys... jeesshhh. You are not doing your homework on this stock.
During the last week of April and the first week of May, this stock drop almost ninety percent in value. There _must_ be a reason. That is a sudden and extreme drop. It is artificial in lieu of an obvious reason.
Boys, do your homework and find the document which discloses this bit of information,
"From April 26, 2005 through May 6, 2005 Mr. Barnett acquired an additional 1,200,000 shares in the open market."
The time frame fits perfectly, yes? That is not a purely coincidental event. That was a planned event which dropped share value significantly.

Not anytime soon, no it isn't going up. Hiring and putting in place pumpers, takes time. It also takes time to whip naive traders into a frenzy.
I do not, for a second, understand why you are asking if share price will increase. Why are you not asking, "What happened?"
Your question indicates to me you are simply rolling the dice. Doing so is highly illogical.
Again, you boys need to research.
Barnett made two significant purchases. First was the smaller of two but very large. His first buy took place at the end of April, the last days of April. He largest and second purchase took place during the first couple of days of May. That was an extremely large purchase.
Cannot you surmise what was done to benefit Barnett and others working with him? Cannot you surmise what is to come?
What I read from events, is a major danger signal. There are other blatant danger signals in filings.

which contains the statement "From April 26, 2005 through May 6, 2005 Mr. Barnett acquired an additional 1,200,000 shares in the open market.", within
ITEM 3. SOURCE AND AMOUNT OF FUNDS OR OTHER CONSIDERATION.
On September 25, 2004 Mr. Barnett acquired 125,000 shares of Common Stock pursuant to a Stock Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") (the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference), dated as of September, 2004 by and between Premier Development and Investment, Inc. ("Premier" or the "Company") and Mr. Barnett. Pursuant to the terms of the Stock Purchase Agreement, Mr. Barnett agreed to: remit the sum of one-hundred thousand dollars (US $100,000.00) or eighty cents (US $0.80) a share, to the Company and the Company issued Mr. Barnett one-hundred twenty-five thousand (125,000) shares of the Company's Common Stock, Class A, $0.00002 par value (the "Shares").
From April 26, 2005 through May 6, 2005 Mr. Barnett acquired an additional 1,200,000 shares in the open market.
But I'll be danged if I have any idea what it might mean.

Yes, he could be averaging his cost price down, but how does him buying a boatload of shares explain what made the price go down in the first place. The fall started before he started the buy, (he started buying about 0.75). Around the middle of February, the price started trending down 'til the 27th of April it was at 0.75, then it PLUNGED (while Barnett bought) to 0.07 (on May 5). Seems to me that such a huge increase in buying and volume would have pushed the price up, not down. So, I expect to find some other factor causing the price drop. And I can't.

I'm new and stupid so please forgive me for asking stupid questions, (plus I'm a guy and I cant walk AND chew bubblegum).
I cant for the life of me figure out why it is bad that Mr Barnett has purchased so many shares, especially when a lot of them were purchased in the .75 range. If they were gonna do something bad and go under or something would this guy be buying up shares?
