I don't thinks is the pinks.. it's the merger

Roadhouse Foods Announces Merger

May 10, 2005 15:06:02 (ET)

FREEPORT, N.Y., May 10, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Roadhouse Foods, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Roadhouse Foods Nevada"), doing business as "Havana Roadhouse Foods," announced today that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Roadhouse Foods, Inc., a publicly traded Oklahoma corporation ("Roadhouse Foods Oklahoma"), formerly Comanche Energy, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMCY).

As a result of the transaction, the stockholders of Roadhouse Foods Nevada will own 98% of the outstanding shares of common stock of Roadhouse Foods Oklahoma upon their receipt of 46,677,645 shares of Roadhouse Foods Oklahoma common stock in connection with the merger. The total number of outstanding shares of Roadhouse Foods Oklahoma after the transaction is anticipated to be 47,630,250 shares of common stock.

Roadhouse Foods Nevada is a specialty ethnic, branded food company that produces and markets a line of ethnic Cuban sandwiches and currently sells its products under the "Original Havana Roadhouse Famous Cuban Sandwich" brand name. In the past 18 months, it has secured distribution rights with more than 4,000 retail locations, and its "Original Havana Roadhouse Famous Cuban Sandwich" is presently available in the frozen food sections of ACME, Ahold, Albertsons, A&P/Waldbaums, Costco, Hannaford Bros, Harris Teeter, Pathmark, Publix, Wakefern/Shoprite, among others. The Famous Cuban Sandwich has also been introduced as a specialty food item at Shea Stadium for the 2005 baseball season. The "Original Havana Roadhouse Famous Cuban Sandwich" was awarded "2004 Best New Frozen Food Item" by Pathmark.

"Today's announcement represents a substantial milestone for our shareholders and business," said Scott Bergman, CEO of Roadhouse Foods Nevada. "We have successfully grown our business as a private company since December 2003. We now believe that being a public company will give us access to the capital markets and represents a critical next step in accomplishing our strategic goals, including acquiring additional food product lines that can be profitably introduced to our sales channels

Congrats on any profits, but I think you'll be wishing you had those shares back. This thing is a double minimum from here, maybe a three or four bagger. $2.2MM market cap for a company that's worth at least ten times that. $350,000 / month in sales and growing at $50K each month! Only been in business for 2 years and has grown from 3 to 90 employees and has products nationwide in all of the major food outlets. Check your local grocery for the Original Havan Roadhouse Famous Cuban Sandwich. How many 4c stocks have 90 employees? Ask yourself that.

Yeah, Bostonians are one of a kind! I was in Worcester about amonth ago on a project, and I mispronounced it (I said war-chester, should've said Wusta), all those Bostonians looked at me like I insulted them!... [Smile]

Love the city, though, man! Like a different world there....
