I ended up selling half of mine at 3.30 > I am looking to buy it back in at $2.95 or so this week.

Geo, Be careful bud. I'd wait a few more days if I were you. We might not want to get back in yet. This has been falling. I am waiting until this starts to turn around or until GTE puts out a PR saying they are launching.

I wish I had more to buy at this price, I like making money from people who cant take the heat. If it wasnt for emotional people I would never be able to buy at 3.00 and sell at 3.80 I have over 1700 free shares of GTE becuase people invest in high risk stock when they cant afford to. I dont care if people buy or sell or if it hits 10 bucks a share or if this thing ever gets off the ground, I will have made plenty from people who keep dumping. I guess thats how most people make money doing this. If your going to put your money out there you need to be able to handle the swings.

peaser I will never give advise to buy or sell, i dont like to play with other peoples money but imo if you wait a few weeks to buy it will be up again, this price hasnt been seen for a long time over 6 months it may go lower but its hard to pass this price up. but you have to go with your gut, good luck

GTEL did a reverse split, usually after splits on a stock, the price can sometimes return to the pre split price. I don't think GTE will drop that far. All I am saying is be careful here. I just don't want Geo or anyone else getting hurt on this.

But they only have 71 mil shares now and the company is still the same. Nothing has changed from before when they had 1 bil shares out.

corrected number of shares....

the r/s that go back to the original share price is because that is all they are worth. This is diffrent. It was done to move to the Amex and no other reason

why hold when you can keep adding to your shares day to day, hold a core, trade the extras, build it up and when it gets off the ground you will take a nice vacation. It doesnt need to work it just needs to fly once.... because as we all know that will be a good day when the PR says it is flying

Just checking in again...still holding my core amount. I did sell some excess off (above core amount) at .26 before the R/S knowing there was a good chance I could pick them back up cheaper. I needed the money for another stock that was on the rise. I'm getting ready to buy more GTE when it bottoms out. I suspect it may still drop a little before launch. [Smile]

GlobeTel Acquires HotZone Wireless LLC, a Leader in Wireless Radio Technology
via COMTEX

June 6, 2005

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jun 06, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

GlobeTel Communications Corp. (AMEX:GTE) today announced that it has acquired the assets of HotZone Wireless, LLC (HotZone). HotZone is an advanced developer of WIMAX and extended range WIFI Systems with operations in the United States and Europe. The acquisition was paid primarily in GTE shares and cash. The agreement calls for certain performances by the sellers to achieve the full consideration.

HotZone is currently developing WIMAX wireless systems for Sanswire's High Altitude Airship called a Stratellite(TM). This WIMAX system will provide radio technology for the wireless communications that will cover significant geographic areas up to 120,000 square miles. For more information on the Stratellite, go to: http://www.sanswire.com.

The acquisition of HotZone will provide advanced wireless products and services for terrestrial wide area networks covering rural and city areas. Upon deployment of the Stratellite(TM), on a region-by-region and country-by-country basis the communications technology will deliver high speed voice, data and rich streaming content, as well as other communications possibilities. For more information on HotZone, go to: http://www.hotzonewireless.net.

Timothy M. Huff, CEO of GlobeTel stated: "This acquisition of HotZone marks an important step forward in the strategy for GlobeTel and provides the wireless applications needed for the company to deliver high speed wireless broadband, voice, internet and IP Video to our partners and customers worldwide. We welcome Mr. Uli Altvater and his team to the Globetel family."

Mr. Uli Altvater, Managing Partner of HotZone added: "We have been working with GlobeTel in the systems development for the Stratellite(TM) since inception and we are very excited about the progress that Sanswire and GlobeTel are making. We feel that our radio technology is truly industry leading and this application is a paradigm shift in technology and we are pleased to provide our expertise to this combined effort. We are excited to be part of the GlobeTel and Sanswire team. The continued development of our products and services in the arena of wide area wireless communications and new technologies will continue to place GlobeTel at the forefront of wireless communications."

The HotZone product line includes wireless routers which cover complete metropolitan areas or regions with wireless services as WiFi (802.11), WIMAX (802.16), and wireless VoIP services using DECT and PHS Handsets. HotZone provides the only available integrated outdoor system covering all these protocols with a single system. HotZone also implements innovative DVB-RCT Technologies enabling wireless transmission of voice, data and real-time video.

Primary consideration for the purchase is 666,667 GlobeTel common shares paid yearly for three years upon the successful completion of certain developmental milestones. Additionally, Mr. Altvater and his staff are entering into employment agreements with Globetel.
