I think this stock is worth picking up. Revenue has increased for the last 5 straight quarters. Plus several city wide contracts in the works with Tempe AR approved. Any opinions? Plus, a possible reverse merger could take place. Is this a bad thing?

Cruz they already did a 1:100 in may '01' and that didnt save them. A r/s is 90% of the time BAD. There are much much better companies in that price range that have tons of bettre opportunity IMO. BE careful
