http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx
this is the list

basically, the MM's have a bank for shares...

sometimes they oversell and can't deliver the shares...

once a certain threshold level of shares sold and not DELIVERED is reached? they go on the list...

this is bad becasue we are playing supply/demand in this game, and if they feel like it? they can sell all day long...i genrally avoid stocks on the list...but i have missed some really good plays by doing that...

think about it tho...if the MM's are selling and NOT buying? they expect to buy back for a better price at some time....(they do get short-squeezed tho, i've seen it)

ftp://ftp.nasdaqtrader.com/symboldirectory/regsho/

you can see the historical lists...
it's a hassle to read them in this format tho...

yeah, it's only this cheap cuz it was naked shorted...

i moved it to the "top shelf" watch list when it came off the SHO list...

MRKL may come off today, but that in itself won't make it run...
