Can the stocks be sold immediately after? Are they restricted?

if they are in your account? and they are unrestricted? you can sell them...
if they are restricted? that should be noted in your acct.

i think he means do they stop trading for a few days on a reverse split maybe im wrong

well with unqt with the 6:1 split...after you get the free shares can you sell them right away.

They didn't say. Some companies do play games with this. AGCI did with their spinoff of MDAS -- they didn't inform the public that the shares would be restricted.

UNQT doesn't seem like that kind of a company (and these are not spinoff shares), so I'd think they would be unrestricted...but you'll have to get an answer from the company to be sure. I tried emailing them twice and have not heard back. Maybe they are too busy, maybe they didn't want to answer, maybe they figured it was obvious and didn't waste time replying.
