wavap is some kind of shell that there is a vote tomorrow to turn it into some kind of business..
does anyone know anything about this.

of course WACHOVIA is legitimate...it's the 5th largest bank/brokerage in the world...

BUT,

you still need to look at the one year charts....

i looked at the chart and it appears to be just
a shell....and it is some part of wachovia...

but the rumor is that there is a stock holder meeting tomorrow and that there going to turn it into something...

that is why there is so much activity...

I don't really understand and it might just be a pump and dump....

they have this meeting every year..

in the prospectus released today for WB, that the Dividend Equalization Preferred Shares (WAVAP) are listed under the stockholders equity section as having a value of $11 million (page 11)?

With the issued amount of 97 million shares and today's close, the value is only $679,000. $11 million would put the value of each WAVAP share at 11.3 cents. If there were to be a merger, they would have to fetch at least this amount imo. Someone stated earlier that these shares have no value, I would beg to differ. Maybe the action Friday and Monday was the first push to get these to the correct value.

Thoughts?
