Company is now fully reporting and expect filing one in early April
and then quarterly thereafter. The current quarter has allready seen
a 6.5 mil contract expect more good news in April. Mid year exchange
moved planed, per ceo interview.
Management has delivered all has promised and there were Insiders
buying last week. I expect a dollar run in April then 3+ on exchange
move. I also expect to see more contracts as well as revenues from
mobil gaming division this current quarter. This is not just any bb

The company has the right logistics,IT solutions, supply chain
management software hardware to service mainland china. CTGLF
primary business has 4 bil dollars going into supply chain solutions
in china, ctglf with no competition a virtual monopoly should get a
nice chunk.

DICHAIN Software is engaged in the business of designing,
manufacturing and selling computer software and hardware products
and systems solutions for the supply chain management and logistics
industry in China. It has 210 employees with headquarters in

International Data Corporation ("IDC"), a leading U.S. based IT
consulting firm, as one of the leading IT solution providers in
supply chain management and logistics in China in 2002 and 2003.
DICHAIN Software has more than 30 intellectual property patents

We Believe DICHAIN Software is the first company in China to
integrate GIS (Geographic Information System), GPS (Global

complete IT and consultancy solutions for the supply chain
management and logistics operations industry. DICHAIN Software's
products and solutions have been deployed by more than 300 customers

manufacturing, and distribution companies. After our merger with
DICHAIN Software, we believe we are positioned to continue to be a
major IT solution provider in China in the next three to five years.

DICHAIN Software has strategic alliances with some of the world's
largest companies, including IBM, GE, Oracle, Hewlett Packard, ILOG,

Looks great for short term and longer.
With current economic situaton, weak dollar, inflation, interest
hikes, energy, debt, I am looking at the worlds fastest growing
world economy as an investment vehicle. CTGLF will start reporting
and filing in anticipation of an exchange move. China, the worlds
largest manufacturing center, and one of ctglf's business is supply
chain management product and services. Logistics, mobile techs,
mobile gaming division. Unlike most bb stocks, CTGLF has a 30
billion dollar asset backer, has the most potential of any bb going
forward, good share structure, profitable cash on hand, and insiders
buying up float to tighten neuce around the shorts. The shorts know
they will have to cover, once CTGLF begins reporting

Well, with the trade deficit reaching a all time, the compnay should
also benefit nice from dollar to yen conversion.

Everything is pointing to this one going the distance. I not going to let the mm's shake me. They want shares bad, but their not getting mine. The price is still cheap on this. Need to get more shares before The Company applies for its initial listing in AMEX in 2005.

Insider buying doesn't hurt either.
Chief Executive Officer Dr. Fan. purchased 115,800 shares of the Company's common stock in the market for US$19,410. Filings are coming up next week. His buying is a great sign for the direction of the company

The companies goal is "to become one of the eading Chinese technology companies by investing its resources into computer, wireless and internet related information technologies."

I agree.. anything under .20 is a steal.. and if per chance you have some from under .10, don't sell at .20 for 100% gain, hold it tight for .30's atleast if not for .50's and $ range coming soon.

They own the market in China... imagine owning the market for a billion people.. $$$.

"CTGLF explodes with unforeseen anticipation in a sideway market. China Tech Global (CTGLF) is the Asian leader in IT solutions, logistics and supply chain management.
Supported by alliances with IBM, Hewlet Packard, Dell and a host of other international companies, including Motorola and China Mobil.

Having completed a descending period that started at $1.85 US CTGLF is on target with the reversal trend that is taking place today after hitting it’s low on March 29. ST players have made significant profits of 20% or better in just a few days. LT players are looking at 200% plus. As with any stock there is risk of loosing your investment. Just as there is risk of winning with your investment."

Here is some information I found that gives a little more information we are not seeing in the US news. Translated from Chinese from another post I came across

http://www.dichain.com/about/hotdetail.asp?id=2053
This one says that ctglf staff celebrated their 5th anniversary over this weekend. It was established in year 2000 with $300million U.S. dollar, and 2002, it went public on Hong Kong stock market, and in April 2005, it becomes a company with assets of 2 billion Hong Kong dollar. This news has some funny pics of their celebration on the beach

http://www.dichain.com/about/hotdetail.asp?id=2052
Ctglf signed a contract with a big logistic/import/export company in Shenzhen, China.
CTGLF will help this company to install DAP system in April and customization its application before June. It doesn't specify the dollar figure in it.

on 4/11/05,
http://www.dichain.com/about/hotdetail.asp?id=2050
this Chinese news says that dichain signed agreement with Triangle Tire CO.,LTD(www.triangle.com.cn), the
12th of the top 50 tire maker in the world. Ctglf will help this company to develop a SCM (Supply Chain Managment) application system. It may apply Oracle ERP, GPS practice and support RFID technology in this client's SCM system.

*** (Note:This agreement doesn't mention any dollar figure) on 4/13/05, http://www.dichain.com/about/hotdetail.asp?id=2051 this Chinese news basically says that Ctglf Guangzhou Branch 1qtr forecasts this year is very encouraging as its business expanding to a couple of multinational corps. and famous Chinese companies. It built a strong ground for this branch's target revenue forecast in 2005 as of $25 million in U.S. dollar.

From this keep in mind only one of 7 regions reporting, 25 million just for the guangzhou, that doesnt account for other revenue streams. Once investors see current quarter filings this will be discovered.

2005-4-20 11:30:31 Read 5 Degree IndustryNews
China's Total Logistics Value Exceeds RMB 3,800 Billion In 2004

It is learned from the Ministry of Commerce that the total logistics value of the whole Chinese society reached RMB 3,840 billion in 2004, up by about 30% from 2003.
According to research by the Ministry of Commerce, the Federation of Chinese Logistics & Procurement Associations and the China Logistics Information Centre, last year, logistics demand by Chinese society experienced rapid growth, up 2.9% from the year earlier; a logistics demand coefficient for the ratio of national GDP and total logistics volume reached 2.8, indicating national economic development's greater dependence on logistics and that each unit of GDP output requires the support of 2.8 units of total logistics volume. This is significantly higher than the average 1.6 in the "8th five-year plan period" and the average 1.7 in the "9th five-year plan period". But there remains a big gap between China and the developed countries, as is most clearly revealed in the higher proportion of logistics cost in GDP. Last year, the total logistics cost of Chinese society reached RMB 2,900 billion, accounting for 21% of the GDP, a proportion that is much higher than in the developed countries.

Ctglf faces very little competition for this pie
