Agree. Got in a couple of days ago at $2.80. If it continues to drop I will add. From what I can gather,company has understated expected future earnings in the past so that they can exceed. Of course that does not mean that it will happen this quarter.

Nice volume yesterday and again today!! Over 400,000 shares traded with a nice increase in pice!! If volume dries up it will probably fall back a bit but someone is accumulating!!

This is one of the stocks I am in love with... if management would just hold back a bit on dilution the EPS would jump.
Either way, they are putting the money to good use. The ENZO division seems to be a true winner. Not to mention the market potential over in China.
Ive owned JADE from the mid 2's up through about 4.15 and I've been waiting for a good shot to jump back in for the past 2 months or so, but it has some pretty good resistance above 4.
For now, I'm on the sidelines until earnings, Im sure earnings will be up, but will they outpace dilution? If they don't, we could see this fall back to the mid 3's where I would definately move in. If they do, the pps will probably shatter its 52wk high and trade in the 5's.
My selfish side wants dilution to outpace earnings so I can get a nice buying opportunity in the 3's... I think this stock is a true winner long term.

My suspicion seemed to be right on; earnings did not outpace dilution. The stock retreated from about 4.60s down to 4.15 where it found support once again and has started climbing.
I dont think there will be much news coming anytime soon. In my opinion investors are going to get lulled to sleep and a buying opportunity will arise under $4 soon enough. Be patient.

Stocks like this are mind blowing. Throughout all the good news it does not move then all of a sudden it moves big time with not so great news. Still happy with my gain although if only I would have held longer. The only explanation is an institution starting buying shares.

(JADE) raised its fourth-quarter earnings forecast to $3 million, or 16 cents a share, on revenue of $40 million, citing an increase in ENZO brand stores and a seasonal rise in gift shopping. In November, the company predicted fourth-quarter earnings of 4 cents to 11 cents a share on revenue of $33 million to $37 million. Analysts polled by Thomson Financial, on average, expect earnings of 10 cents a share on revenue of $37 million. The Hong Kong jewelry company said Thursday that it now expects full-year net income of $6 million, or 34 cents a share, on revenue of $123 million. Earlier, LJ predicted full-year per-share earnings of 22 cents to 28 cents with revenue of $115 million to $120 million.
