FRISCO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 2005--Homeland Security Network, Inc. ("HSNi") (OTCBB:HSYN - News) announced today that it is conducting its final negotiations to acquire a U.S. based firm, which is currently marketing and servicing HSNi's iTrax system. This acquisition will give HSNi an immediate retail customer base with continuing monthly servicing revenue, direct management of the company's existing relationship with one of the most respected Cadillac dealers in the U.S., and revenue from sales of iTrax to their fleet buyers. "An additional benefit to HSNi is the assumption of the company's air time contract which will result in substantial savings and increased profits to HSNi. This factor, combined with the potential new sales already in progress by the company, makes this a perfect fit for the continued development of HSNi's business," says Charles Norman, President and CEO.
