Has anyone been looking at this one? They seem to be poised to do some pretty awesome things in the near future with GPS tracking etc. Any thoughts on where this one might go?

They just increased their auth. shares from 110M to 400M which IMO is to finalize purchase of the 2 companies that they are buying out. This will dilute their value but the acquisitions will more that make up for it in the long run, again IMO. I am watching this one. I also believe this one will be good in near future.

ajman, I noticed the dilution action as well but you are right, they are aquiring 2 companies with some pretty decent technology. I am going to DD this on this coming week and depending on what I see, I'll hop into it at around .15 if it goes that low. How high do you think this one could go near and long term? ECP

There are no assurances that this stock will achieve our target price of $1.875, but based on revenues going forward it is very possible if ACOR follows its business plan and revenues can double this year, then expect the stock price to go up. The price-to-sales ratio sits at an attractive level currently, and the doubling of revenues should push the price of the stock steadily higher. Unlike earnings, which can be distorted as through gaap or ebitda earnings, revenue is what it is. A price-to-sales ratio under 6 to 1 is a valuable investor component that has proven its worth by the most astute investors of our time.
If they are right in predicting that the market for GPS will grow to 22B by 2008 I would look for the stock to reach $0.90 to $1 range. They promise that they have the latest and greatest of techs, (but they all do), and will be able to reach the market at lower prices. What I don't see in thier figures are allowances for new competition. With a market that grows this fast some of the big boys will surely jump in attempt to flood the market. That having been said, I like the stock and will watch to see how soon they get thier intial products to market, this will be the key.

Sorry, looking over my post, I guess I really didn't answer your question. IMO, I believe the stock will continue gradual uptrend to .30 to .35 over next 6 mos. or so as they consolidate their efforts on production. Longer term I would expect as mentioned .9 to $1 range maybe more depending on how soon and how hard the competition jumps in.

ecp1976 ACOR--name to change on or about 2-28-05 to Homeland Security Network, inc. They say that the major inhibitor to growth of the GPS market is cost of airtime. They claim that they will be able to provide this airtime at a cost of 2000% lower than their competition. They also are talking about providing Geo-fencing alerts for perimeter infringment, which imo is a great feature, if they can pull it off. I can't find any reason why their cost will be so much less than the competition. If you find any justification for this claim, please post.

Ya, I can see the possible connection between the two. It makes sense. Wouldn't that be something if my educated guess turned out to be correct? I wonder how fast GTEL can build about 20 Stratellites? If I'm remembering correctly from what I read from a GTEL press release, I believe that it will take 13 Strats to cover the US. The Sky Is The Limit!!

I figured that with such a low float that volume would be low enough that it wouldn't shoot up like this, but demand is high. Up 75%, who would've thunk it. Guess I read this short term wrong...
