This one has been dropping hard, too hard if you know what I mean.
This old news was interesting: "On January 4, 2005, the Company announced that it has received investments totaling $250,000. In addition, it announced that it has invested the funds in a new nanotechnology venture in partnership with Terra Solar Development Corp."
If you DD, check out this Terra Solar corp.......very interesting. (they have now acquired all Terra assets, read below)
Authorized shares: 50 million Float: 20 Million
The float from Pink sheets is 14 million, I'm using the 20 to be on the safe side.
On Wed's they aquired assets of Terra Solar which are:
bid up to .024, bid jumped up around 2:00 yesterday also, lets see if we have late day action here

I just put a GTC order last nite for 0.03 and not sure when it got filled since i was not keeping track.
one question. What does it mean when a company has a big spread (bid and ask). Is that a good thing?

big spreads: if your playing a penny stock and the bid is .01 and the ask is .02, you buy on the ask sell on the bid, thats not a good thing at all. out 50% or more.
basically, big spreads can be risky.

sorry rapt, no news today, if you hold and are thinking of selling (like me) i recommend you hold thru mon of next week, only because of rumors. nothing else. so do what your trading fingers tell you....there is no reliable source or anything, just rumors.
