PARS is emerging from the huge drops. It has been 3 weeks since its drop and it should be bouncing back any day.

As I said yesterday, PARS did rise today a good 7% and we are looking at an end of the day run here.

Again, one of those EOD rallies with PARS, this is a gapper and should open higher tomorrow reaching the $1.30 range.
