FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan 11, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Intelligent Motor Cars Group Inc. (IMCG, Trade), today announced the date for its forward stock split. The common stock dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan 20, 2005, with an effective split date of Jan 24, 2005. The 7-for-1 stock split will be awarded in the form of a common stock dividend to shareholders of record. As a result, shareholders of record will see seven additional shares for each share held as of the close of business on record date.
Mike Magolnick, IMC's chief operating officer, stated, "We are confident about the outlook for Intelligent Motor Cars and the Company's renewed focus on the wholesale automotive market. Liquidity should continue to increase, as well as our shareholder base, as a result of our splitting the stock."

7 for one on 14+ million brings them to 100 mill shares...
and that's the AS....

the SEC filings have been few and far between...
NO form 4's in the last year, just statement of holdings (a 13) verifyinf that there were only 14 mill shares last spring...no shareholders meetings announced.....
IF they don't increase the AS this could become very "frothy"

Up as well as 20% again today with low volume. Going to try and give them a call today and see if they plan on increasing their AS when they do the stock split.
