Up $1.33, Going to the moon, 5 for 1 forward split, not much float, time to get in or not?

Any ideas on this one?

Did I miss something, posted about this company yesterday, no one responded, They released today that they are working toward a NASDAQ listing. Company has been buying up companies and has had one forward stock split and working on another forward split. Float is 400,000, I dont understand why no one has responded on this one.
