Airtrax Signs Letter of Intent for Canadian Distribution Rights

HAMMONTON, N.J., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Airtrax, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AITX - News), a developer of patented, omni-directional technology with military and commercial applications, announced today that the Company has signed a letter of intent with The Vision Company, of Canada, for exclusive Canadian distribution rights of the SIDEWINDER(TM) Omni-Directional Lift Truck. Under the terms of the letter of intent, The Vision Company will purchase 10 units upon signing the agreement to gain exclusive distribution rights in Canada and must also purchase no less than 250 Airtrax units in 2005, to meet the requirements to continue the exclusive distribution arrangement. All terms and sales are subject to finalizing the distribution agreement.

I did some research on this company, have you seen there products??? Pretty cool stuff, check out the wheels on there fork lifts, talk about reinventing the wheel!

yep, back in at 3.00, after dip below 3. put a buy in for first break over 3. this is now resistance and support. depending on which side its on.....

it may test 3 again, it did this to me twice at 2.00 made nicebank first run then short bank second run 3rd run, took it all the way to 3.00 took 5 days but thats nice bank and its safe. not like a subber
