From the web site this weekend! The year has changed and the staff and associates of Superwipes will make many changes too in order to increase our customers list and facilitate our distribution. In the next 5 months we will participate in many national and international tradeshows. You will be informed as we participate. In 2005, we will also introduce new products. Furthermore we have opened a new manufacture in Ozona Florida. We will do our best to increase our communications with clients and Shareholders. Again, Happy new Year and let's go to work...,

According to the CEO of Superwipes the plant on Ulmerton Rd, in Clearwater, Florida is primarily being used to assemble the Superwipes products and to pack and ship them. That location is still in operation and will remain so.
The new plant in Ozona, Florida, on Florida Ave. is the new R & D plant where the raw materials are made. That is located closer to Mario's home and is easier to secure for obvious reasons. Mario has stated that it will be as secure as "Fort Knox". Mario will have an office in that building that is secure unto him. I beleive there is a positive message in that statement!
In addition, Mario has an office in his home that has more computers in it then the average bank.
Please do not worry. I have a sneakin suspicion that there will be a lot of good Superwipes stuff happening during this 1st quarter of 2005. Remember what Mario stated on the web page not long ago, and, if I can remember it correctly, I believe it went something like this, "2005 is going to be Superwipes year"....... I believe it.

Please take notice that Walter Davis Group the previous management have asked to The Bankruptcy court in Texas to reopen the BK Case of 2002 because lately Walter has tried to cash many shares that I believe do not belong to him and I stopped it.
Now he refuses to provide us with a bond for the shares that his group apparently lost. He is trying to extort more by using the court.
I have no problem fighting then in that court and this time he might have to give us all of the shares back that he claims he owns.
I am fighting for me and for all of you and I will prevail. In the next few days I will follow up with more details. He opened his own can of worms.
For more details, I will be able to talk to many of you over the weekend and I will be at 727-542-0700 between 11am to 4 pm on Saturday.
I am not worry and I am very happy. The company is in good shape and this time I will be able to show the court the kind of person we are dealing with,

90 Retailer Meetings Planned
