It is an understatement to say that Resin System's management and The Howard Group have been receiving many calls and emails over the past week. This is understandable, due to the fact that over the last few weeks the stock has, at times, traded below $0.80. However, the stock has shown some recent positive signs moving back to the dollar range.
A lack of news is the culprit. As discussed on these pages more than a few times, there are a number of issues that need to be addressed.
We have had a series of discussions with management on many issues over the past several weeks, and it is extremely cognizant of the fact that an open discussion must be held with its investors.
There will be a teleconference and web cast with a full presentation within two weeks. The entire extent of the business and all related issues will be discussed in detail.
When we have the final instructions on how to access the web links and teleconference access numbers, a news release will be issued.
As such, shareholders will have to wait until that time to hear management's perspective on the matters at hand.
