MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Sep 20, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Invicta Group Inc. (IVGA) today announced that the official launch date of vacationexcitement.com will be Sept. 21st, 2004. The site will be the central location for the Company's network of Travel and Entertainment websites.

The new site will create a focal point of entry for the Company's growing network of online search and booking engines and information for travel and entertainment.

The company is building a network of portals through which its services, technology and content can be distributed B-2-B and B-2-C. Invicta Group's products, services, technology and distribution channels complement each other and are supported by its e-commerce business model.

At present, Invicta Group has 7 websites in operation. These sites allow users, through Invicta Group's global alliances and proprietary state-of-the-art technology, unique access to a wide range of resources and products that specifically cater to the needs and desires of travelers.

Vacationexcitement.com has been designed to function as a focal point for the company's expanding roster of "excitement.com" related websites. Previously, dialing in separate domain names was the only means of facilitating transfer from one site to another and failed to capture the unique global nature of the Invicta Group's sites.
