Gizmondo - jack of all trades, and master too!

Like Sony many moons ago, the Giz is the new kid on the block rearing to steal the show.
The Gizmondo has had a mixed reception, as a new and highly controversial console from a new developer even I have had doubts about its success alongside the PSP, DS and Zodiac.

These doubts, were, however, shattered into tiny shards by the confident words of Mikael Astrom, a true gamer like any one of us who just happens to be Acqisitions Manager over at Gizmondo! The fact is that the Gizmondo simply does not compare to these offerings from long established and renowned developers. The Gizmondo is quite literally in a league of its own and I believe it may well now be the best contender for king of the next generation handheld console market.

So, why was my confidence in the Gizmondo elated so much that I would happily cast aside any console and stick with it alone?

The Gizmondo is a "jack of all trades", I am sure everyone knows this by now, even though my knowledge was highly limited. But what you may not know, or may not believe is that it is also a master of all trades. The Gizmondo takes the best bits of almost every common mobile gadget we see today, polishes them to a shine, and combines them into one palm-sized gadget.

With an excellent built in Camera, a state of the art graphics chip by NVidia, and completely wireless mobile internet access for games to offer, amongst many other things, the Gizmondo is the only console you will need to buy to sastisfy your every whim. Not even Nintendo or Sony could rope enough game exclusives to stop our jaw dropping at the huge range of highly polished and quality assured games the Gizmondo is sure to offer. You know what I say about consoles? If in doubt, buy them all.

With the huge number of features promised for the Gizmondo in mind it looks like the new kid on the block is going to waltz in and steal the show; just like Sony did all those years ago. Of course the Gizmondo is no Playstation, it is smaller, faster, better and a hell of a lot more fully featured, it could even be the first true mobile all-in-one entertainment solution the world will ever see. In today's mobile-crazy generation nobody will want to go without one. PH
