Tango, Inc. (OTC BB: TNGO) 18055 A N.E. San Rafael St. Portland, OR 97230 Phone: (503) 492-1500 Corporate Website: http://www.tangopacific.com/ Shares Outstanding: 61.0 million Public Float: 6.9 million Market Capitalization: $787,000 Closing Price Friday 9/03/04: 1.29 cents
Our pick for the month of September 2004 is Tango Inc. Prior to changing its name to Tango, the company's name was Phon-net Corp., and during the Internet boom of the late 90’s developed a product known as Direct Connect Software. Direct Connect enabled dial up Internet users to make phone calls from their twisted pair phone lines. Unfortunately, the software and technical concept were rendered obsolete by the development of Voice Over IP technology.
In 2001, Todd Violette was hired to rebuild the company and take it in a new direction. Violette restructured the company and purchased an operating company known as Pacific Print Works, LLC on May 28, 2003.
Tango Inc. is evolving into an international manufacturing and distribution company. Its modern 85,000 square foot flagship Super Printer in Portland can turn out up to 800,000 garments per month. Tango currently offers two printing option products; package printing and contract printing. Packaged printing provides the customer with a completely finished product, including the garment, design printing, packaging, identity labeling, shipping and, in some cases, the initial design development. The other option, contract printing, involves printing a chosen design on the customer's product and then returning it to the customer in its enhanced state.
Commercial package printing is designed for clients who want 50-100,000 units printed for them. Clients for this service are major brand name labels including Nike, Nike Jordan, RocaWear and Chaps Ralph Lauren. This product is designed to provide a one-stop solution for the client and provides a cost-effective alternative to obtaining the resources necessary to perform these functions themselves. Package printing offers the client a complete solution and reduces their cost. Tango Inc. provides product sourcing, warehousing, inventory controls, quality controls, packaging and labeling and the delivery of a finished product directly to the client. In addition, Tango maintains a full service art department for its clients.
On August 2, 2004 Tango Inc. reported fourth quarter revenue doubled compared to the same period last year. Revenue for Q4 of the fiscal year 2003-2004 is in excess of $940,000. Last year's fourth quarter revenues were $470,625. This represents a 100% increase in revenue over the same period last year. Tango is currently projecting to increase its annual revenue to about $6.5 million for the next fiscal year which translates into about a 40% increase from last year's revenue. Todd Violette, Chairman and COO stated, “My personal goal is to build Tango into a vertically integrated, one-stop shopping and manufacturing facility for tee shirts, sweat clothing and other garments. This will uniquely position Tango to be able to provide a complete packaged product to its end user. The ability for the company to achieve this objective will make it a dominant player within our industry, unmatched by any rival. I believe Tango's combination of its acquisition and organic growth strategy should enable us to meet our revenue objectives of $12 million to $18 million by this time next year, making us well positioned to trade on the American Stock Exchange.”
************.com views TNGO as an excellent speculative opportunity. Trading at little more than a penny a share, only 60 million shares outstanding, and a public float of less than 7 million shares this stock is a prime candidate for a big run up. Looks like an undiscovered gem to us.
************ does not receive compensation from companies we profile or from third parties... we never have and never will. We use our own money when we buy stocks, and even though we usually take a position in a stock before we profile a company, our purchases are small relative to the public float so that the effect on the stock price when we buy or sell is minimal. Please read our full disclaimer.
Also, contrary to a commonly held belief, ************ does not have access to insider information, nor do we want to because trading on insider information is illegal! All information contained in our reports is available in the public record... and any written or verbal communication with company CEOs/IR people strictly adheres to this rule. Readers are urged to read the company SEC filings and do their own due diligence before investing in this or any other stock.
Good Trading... ************

Yes the climb is a nice climb but always look for retracements. Remember nothing goes in a straight line. Protect your profits, watch, buy and sell at the moments you feel necessary. Most importantly, don't let Greed take over. I am in for 100,000 shares and if it makes it to .57, great day, if not .25 is still great!!!!!
