Hey guys, just want to give you a heads up on FTUSQ. FTUSQ is Factory 2 U stores which specialize in wholesale prices on merchandise for consumers. It's like a Wal Mart or Costco. My charts inicate its hammering out a bottom before trend reversal. What is important about this is that these charts and the company auctioning a lot of their assets next week point to a high stock price. If you remember when KMART went into bankruptcy and sold their assets, their stock also went up and it was at 12 bucks and now it's at 70 bucks. FTUSQ was at one point 6 dollars. FTUSQ could jump possibly to 25 cents with the right amount of volume and that should probably happen next week.

Then daytrade it next week when they start auctioning off their stores. Their having the auction on August 31st. There is already another company that has put a bid for 28 million dollars but FTUSQ wants to have a auction to let other investors bid on it and they will release the results on September 2nd.

It's cool glassman. Yea I didn't mean for this to be a long-term hold. Obviously with the company having bankruptcy issues. I just wanted to point out that they are auctioning off their assets which may point to a potential uptrend in price and it may be good for a daytrade.

just curious why the company selling ALL of its assets is good for the stock? the symbol will probably be deleted soon. there won't be any company left after the asset sale. only creditors will get any money from the sale.

Whoops, I didn't mention their selling only some of their assets. Not all of them. They will still have control over their stores and will still be running them. http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/040816/165393_1.html

Based on the proposed terms of the transaction and indications of interest received to date from other parties, Factory 2-U does not believe that any distribution will be made to its shareholders following completion of the sale. In addition, the Company announced that it intends to file a Form 15 with the Securities Exchange Commission suspending its duty to file reports under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act.

after the sale of "substantially" all of its assets the above in in the story also. it will also stop filing reports with the sec. this stock will be essentially just another shell i guess. i guess i don't see what you mean. the LLC is not related to the original stock. good luck if it works.
