FENTON, Mich., Jul 7, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- USA Telcom Internationale (OTCBB:USTC) announced today that it has filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation which will effectuate a change of the Company's name to ZannWell Inc., effective June 30, 2004. The Board of Directors and a majority of the stockholders have approved the Certificate of Amendment. There is no stock split concurrent with the name change, however there is a new CUSIP number and a new NASD assigned stock symbol; ZWLL.
If you chose to play this one be careful... it jumps around, easy to get caught chasing. It has been going down since the double and is due to bounce up again.

Keithsan, you don't have to if you don't want to but could you explain or even give a few pointers on how you look for stocks that are about to explode. What are the main things you look at when getting ready to purchase a stock? Thank You

Finding one before it explodes is very tough. I try and scrreen for them daily but most dont end up exploding. Some continue an uptrend but at such a small % that when they dip in the afternoon, I'm afraid they are not coming back up.... and dont buy in.
What i look for mainly is an uptrend, not too big so that i find the stock at the end of its run....
I look for the uptrend with unusuall volume. Then I research the company float, news etc....
If news caused the volume I skip it but, sometimes there is increased volume, I put on my watch, and notice volume will be increased again then I usually buy.
This usually means something good is happening and insiders know. They are work to come by but if you nail one it is very good % profit!
ON the other hand, I played PCOM like this, unusual volume, something good had happened, I got in......
when news came there was good news but also a R/S being announced and i had to sell. The good thing is if you do your homework no where to get in what your looking for and if it moves buy it and know your exit. You may buy at top of run and need to leave quick...

Thank you Keith that was very good advice, also when placing a trade do you opt for the AON(All or None) feature? Also do you think ZWLL will go to .0055 this week? I was thinking of buying roughly 1k worth(200k shares).

"systematize each aquisition" give me a break. These guys can't even write a good prospectus. A couple of doctors looking for a tax shelter and anyone willing to buy into "nothing". This makes Canadian diamonds look promising.

honestly gray, when i buy something on the move, i dont usually know what it is, unless ive played it before.
this stock popped on my volume detector one day, i bought, it moved, i sold
it came back down to prices i bought at so i told others.
a lot of times stocks repeat themselves. I dont invest in pennys. personaly. others do and some are excellent traders.

I think it will go up! as for as 200 million shares, well they havent start selling them as yet so we do have very low floating. about 18 million. I don't think they can sell 200,000,000 shares(maximum face value is 0.03!!!) at 0.002, because then they wont get anything from them! so i think they will pump it to atlest 0.05 then start selling.

zwll showing extremely positive signs, which was prob reason for the "nervousness" on friday. momentum building and all indicators that count showing up move. indicators moving from deep bottom suggesting a longer term move than normal for the pennies !
please excuse, but my level 2 is off on weekends and i just took a look at the spread. if that spread remains it could be a problem if the mms decide to stop the stock at its first resistance point of 0.0035 since the spread is 0.0023 to 0.003.
