For anyone who is interested...

HQNT is now trading solely on the pinks and level II quotes are available on their web site..

Their annuals are soon to be out...Since they are now only on the pinks, does this mean they will not be certified?

Financials for HQNT will be out tomorrow(June 24th), I picked up an additional 3k @ .99 the other day. I guess we will wait and see what tomorrow brings Best of Luck

Larry - Believe HQNT released something to the effect they want to get listed on Amex. If true, I doubt very much if they would eliminate certified statements. Besides, doesn't appear to be a fly-by-night company.
If you can, follow Mike's move - even if it's .25 higher than today's close.

WOW!!!! HQNT's prelim earnings release at 12:40 am. Now that is one hell of a record!!
