BIBO Holding, Inc: (0.025 up 150%) seems to be on the verge of a breakout. Here's why I think its breaking out:
Low float (15 million), high buying pressure
BIBO used to trade at around 25 cents. They started to convert their debentures, causing the stock to go down. But now, their debenture issue has been solved. So buying pressure has come back, and it seems to me that they are having a post dilution run. With only 15 million in float, this could be an explosion, if it starts returning to 20 cents. It'sprice is only 2.5 cents right now, so if this goes to even 10 cents anytime soon, I'll be happy.
The company is straight out HOT. They secured $10 million financing in February, plus they just launched a showroom, and they told me that their business is increasing, and revenues growing. So this could be a really good play for the long too.
Chart analysis tells me that all indicators are looking bullish.
I hope this is like ONEV.

as far as i understand, this wont goto 20 cents immediately, but yes, i can see it popping to between 5 - 10 cents. Thanks for pointing it out.

yes that is correct and that is very low for a penny stock so if we have the buying pressure that it apprears we will have looking around the internet, this stock could really rise on monday and then pop on tuesday.

For your sake, I hope it does, if that's what you're looking to get it at, but i sincerely doubt it, it closed at 0.025, I believe there were a few after market trades. If anything this might gap open at above 0.025. Posts: 28 | Registered: May 2004

BIBO looks good guys. Here are key points of my own DD:
a)they just completed dilution, their float is still only 15 million. (For a stock at 2.5 cents thats a very small float.)Becuase they completed their dilution, buying pressure is back, and the stock has started moving back up. I think everyone is trying to jump in before it pops, or goes back to its original trading price of around 20 cents. so i think Monday - Friday should see plenty of action this week on BIBO, and it will be a good SWING trade.
b)there should also be many long term investors investing in the company. They obtained a $10 million investment from Cornell Capital in february, following which they have already launched a website, built a digital showroom, plus marketed their products at at trade show in Las Vegas. I think a lot of people percieve this company as having a bright future.
c) I dont know if it will go back to its original price of 20 cents this week, but i do see it going to 5 cents, if all the interest I percieve is correct. Let's hope for the best

have to agree -- basically a given for the gap up. ma 50 sits at 0.0425, so think i'll focus on that area and see if it breaks. if it does, next major resistance is at 0.09, 0.011 and 0.20 (some minor resist along the way,(0.05))

I think we can get to .05 by close monday. There is a ton of noise going around the net on this stock and it should gap open to .03 and if it does we saw how fast it moved friday (150% gain) we could see that again on monday.

John, nobody can say for sure how much it will pop. However this is what I can see happen: There is a very high chance of BIBO gapping open at or around 3 cents. The stock has a low float and moves easily. I can see this stock hitting 4 cents easily, after which the breakout will be confirmed, and more traders might jump on. I can see the price then climbing towards 5 cents through the rest of the day, and witnessing more buying in the last half hour, as all popular stocks usually do. Now, if somewhere along the way the MM's decide to do a buyback, then yes i can see it popping way beyond 5 cents. If not Monday then hopefully Tuesday. Posts: 28 | Registered: May 2004

If you look at the after market for BIBO on Friday, you will see that 3,000,000 shares @0.017. That's the shorts. From observing low float high volume stocks, think that if this goes high tomorrow, the MM's will have to cover their shorts. I'm expecting some short covering at 3.5 cents, thats just my opinion.

I believe American Bulls provide their rating strictly based on technical analysis. At the end of each day, they run a program that carries out technical analysis on a lot of stocks, and the results are used to formulate a recommendation. In my experience, they provide a BUY or SELL recommendation, when the chances of a security going up or down (ie BUY or SELL) is very high. Theyr usually on the money

captain, if what ur saying is true, then if the MM's have to cover their shorts in a 15 million float, isn't that a big thing? I mean if u start buying 3 million out of 15 million, it should push the price no?

babygirl since you're not a novice, you should know that nobody can predict exactly how it can go. My opinion is this: the only resistance i see is at 0.025, which i think can break tomorrow morning itself very easily. There is not much resistance along the way till 0.06. I'm very certain it will break 0.03 very easily, i also think it can go as high as 0.05-0.06 over the next few days but who know. A close of or around 0.04 tomorrow will not be surprising at all, but im hoping it can do better.

This stock is all over the net. So be careful tomorrow. A huuuge yahoo group has it as their pick, UVCL was last weeks pick from them. While it should have a huge day % gain wise, it will also be very volatile, and once the run is done, many many will exit immediately taking their profit despite any long term potential. Be smart with your trades and dont be afraid to take profits, even if other people on the internet tell you to hold until X price. Because they have a limit sell order at X-1.

Its probably got one last push upwards in it, one last hoorah. I dont see it breaking .04, but then again stranger things have happened cough AFRT cough.

Hope everyone took their profits on this one near .04, might keep dropping from here. But definitely a nice play for today.
