comming off the bottom here. They should be posting quarterly financials soon and if they can continue to follow the trend they have set OVER THE LAST 11(!!) QUARTERS, we should see some good action....

EPICUS Files Third Quarter Report, Showing Continued Revenue Growth Streak & Breaks $6,000,000 per Quarter Barrier
***
> WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., April 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Epicus Communications Group, Inc. (OTCBB:EPUC) announced today that for the first time in its history it has generated over $6,000,000 in revenue for one quarter. In its third quarter filing to the SEC, Epicus showed 3 month revenues of $6,906,208, an increase of 115% from the same 3 month period one year ago when they had revenues of $3,210,507. This continues a streak of 11 consecutive quarters of increased revenues for the company. The revenue increase is due to increases in the revenue of Epicus, Inc., EPUC's primary subsidiary..... i should have pointed out that it may be difficult to post a gain of revenues for a twelfth consecutive quarter due to the 115% percent gain shown last quarter... nevertheless this is a year-end report that should look very good due to the strength of the third quarter report

I am somewhat new to this forum and trying to learn as much as I can. Looking at the 1-year chart on EPUC shows its has been on an awful downward trend. I don't mean to sound brash and offend but this one looks like a turd. And I missing something here?

no offense taken at all, i don't offer picks based on just the charts much..... i try to be a little ahead of them. i read news and SEC filings all day long. i pick up on good news and filings and then the technicals either take over and run them up or don't...... LOL
Fundamentals versus technicals.......
plenty of good companies are not being traded on, and plenty of crappy companies are being traded on, i'm just offering up a pick that APPEARS to be strong on the fundamental side....... the OTCBB is driven by news.....if you trade STRICTLY on charts here, you will often find yourself wondering why everybody left just as the party was getting started...LOL

the following link will make some things clear.... i have not made a decision whether to sell or hold long, but i will say that i am not happy about this...the recent downturn of the PPS (over the last month) would indicate to me that some people knew about this...i obviously did not.... the dilution represented here is significant. if this is what they have to do to survive, then.... there are some HUGE buys going thru today, i don't know whether these people know about the new share issues or not...they may know and have decided it is a good thing..... sometimes these links don't work cuz they are so long, if it doesn't i will post another link with instructions to get to it.. http://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FileName=0001116502%2D04%2D001793%2Etxt&FilePath=%5C2004%5C07%5C15%5C&CoName=EPICUS+COMMUNICATIONS+GROUP+INC&FormType=SB%2D2&RcvdDat e=7%2F15%2F2004&pdf=

hey Keith are you in Greece yet??? thanx for the kind words...i think anybody who is still in the pennies after about six months knows it ain't all up... oh yeah, and the ones that aren't still in think its all down...LOL as some say, the charts don't lie, but you know me--i am always trying to get that edge to be one day in front of the big run... i was betting on a better filing than this.... i'll keep offering picks, but it has been really hard to find anything to get real excited about...the volumes are down all over- NITE is even whining...LOL

Summer time blues, if you got the money buy at these prices and hold till things pick up aug/sept.
good trading.
Keith
i'm surprised you have time for trading...LOL i hear the scenery at the beaches there is especially distracting in the summer.... i cashed out my trading positions before the move anyway, but a good rule of thumb is to be out by July 4 or so cuz of the summer time slowdown AUG will probly be even slower......i hold some stuff over the summer specifically for tax breaks...
this EPUC thing-- i was counting on a bump from the quarterly/annual so i guess i caught a falling knife... i hope everybody else that got in isn't too mad at me..... have a shot of Ouzo for me, the authentic stuff definitely cures what ails ya...LOL
