So what, menas nothing. This company needs to sign some more big names and get a real revenue generating plan. For short term just give me a big name. For longer term show me strong recurring revenue. Clothing line, perfume, something. A fluff pr is all that is. The dillution turned me off from this stock. If it gets really low, like a penny or less then it may be a buy. Otherwise I wil wait for big news then try to catch that train. I sold this a while back for a very small profit since my timing was very bad on this one. Just my thoughts. Right or wrong just my thoughts.

Wonder how much substantial revenue would be? Needs to be much bigger than this Keith. Basically a bike rally probably. LOL!!! Maybe it will work out. Would still like to grab some of the profits this stock has made for some. I want to see something more substantial though. Good luck to us all. And please warning get ta using Paris's name to get this show going!!!!!

It's a shame that the only way these small companies can gain equity to advance their companies is by issuing convertible shares of stock to said equity line, which further dilutes the shares and causes a supply surplus, which ultimately lowers the pps.
I hope this works out for them before the O/S get carried away.

oh, and a "bike rally"? the entry fee alone for this race is $2.6 M. tack on sponserships, tv spots, etc and the figure increases quickly. most imporantantly is the brand recognition. read between the lines why this is important.
the important thing is that you are actually treating this comapny as if it were a blue chip.. focusing on fundamentals like revenue. thats good, because as we are finding out, this is a real legit company unlike 90% of the stocks posted in the micro penny board.

IdoubleL you speak as though you are gonna hold this stock for years. Thats fine your perogative. For most BB investors its in and out without much delay. Second as you can see the news didnt move the stock up today. Third a RACE? LMFAO A race from LA to Miami, wonder if all the state patrols know to block all interstates across the country so they can race!!!! You dont know what the dang thing is and it doesnt matter anyway. I will wait for some news that will actually move this stock. Guess you bought high and are stuck huh. If not you need to be taking any profits you can along the way to your goal.

The only intent from my post was to treat this for what it is, a quick money making opportunity and nothing more until they "show you the money", so to speak.
I finally convinced myself to get rid of it after averaging down 4 times and seeing the the O/S climb from around 120M to its present of 509M in a little over a month.
However, this thing can still prove to be quite volatile and is STILL more than worthy of making a quick buck. Just look at the volatility over the last week, it has jumped 20% twice after bouncing off the support.

The future potential of this stock has much to do with the Warning! name and logo getting publicized and becoming familiar among more investors and non-investors alike. Paris Hilton and other big names have begun to do this. The recent appearance on TLC's Faking It helped. Now the Race this summer which which will get lots and lots of coverage and give Warning more exposure. And, if there should be a clothing line in the works, as is rumored, well then people can talk all they want about dilution as they sit on the sidelines and watch this thing rise. Legitamacy is a main concern among comanies in the Pinks and on the otc. This company is legit and that's a huge comfort. I am invested in this company and have also been trading it along the way. It's great for both. Only my thoughts, GLTA.
