iVoice and ROI Networks Partner to Speech Enable nZania


MATAWAN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--04/20/2004--iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:IVOC), a leader in speech recognition technology, today announced that nZania has installed a Speech Enabled Auto Attendant, with directory service, through it's partner ROI Networks, Inc. (ROI), a privately held company headquartered in San Juan Capistrano, California.

Integrated with an Avaya S8300 Media Server running Avaya Communication Manager Call Processing Software, nZania has implemented a complete solution that includes iVoice Speech Enabled Auto Attendant with directory services. nZania is highly focused on customer service and wanted to make communication easier for its employees, customers, business partners and suppliers. By installing the iVoice Speech-Enabled Auto Attendant, nZania's customers, business partners and suppliers can now call in and speak the name of the person they are looking for and be transferred immediately. Introducing speech technology has lead to a significant increase in business efficiency and it has enhanced ability to deliver top service to its internal and external customers.

The iVoice Speech Enabled Auto Attendant, with Directory Services, was sold and installed by iVoice Business partner ROI. ROI is an Avaya Silver accredited Business Partner focused on providing Unified Communication infrastructure, applications and support to enterprise customers. ROI realized that iVoice's speech-enabled Auto Attendant system places people at ease and allows the customers to use their most natural form of communication, their own voice, to navigate which person they would like to speak with.
