Integrated with an Avaya S8300 Media Server running Avaya Communication Manager Call Processing Software, nZania has implemented a complete solution that includes iVoice Speech Enabled Auto Attendant with directory services. nZania is highly focused on customer service and wanted to make communication easier for its employees, customers, business partners and suppliers. By installing the iVoice Speech-Enabled Auto Attendant, nZania's customers, business partners and suppliers can now call in and speak the name of the person they are looking for and be transferred immediately.
