Vision Real Estate Management and Development Announces Better Than Expected Property Closings

ALBANY, N.Y. -- (Business Wire) -- April 20, 2004
Vision Real Estate Management and Development, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VRMD), Today announced, Vision Real Estate Management and Development has bought and sold more than 300 properties since the acquisition of the vision companies. With this achievement, the company feels that all previous announced goals of the company will be achieved at a more rapid rate. "This is a milestone", stated Daniel J Duffy, Vice President of VRMD. "Sometimes with all the excitement of what is going on, we forget to talk about what brought Vision Real Estate Management and Development into existence today, and that is real estate." Vision Real Estate Management and Development currently has over five properties in escrow. The company feels that these closings of these properties will occur by the end of the month. Vision Real Estate Management and Development is also seeking the purchase of another 35 properties by the end of June. The company believes that the real estate closings will impact the company's balance sheet dramatically. "We didn't forget about real estate", stated Donovan Rhoden, President of Vision Real Estate Management and Development. "All shareholders will benefit from the company's continued success in real estate, our core business." Vision Real Estate Management and Development would also like to inform shareholders that our recently acquired subsidiary DJ Transport recently has signed several new contracts. DJ Transport has also purchased four new trucks to add to its arsenal. The company believes DJ Transport alone will add revenues of over $1,500,000 this year. This would be represent an increase in revenues of over 300% for DJ transport.

I think over the course of the next few weeks we will see this company's stock price rise dramatically. There is lots of DD around on this one particularly at HSM.
Anyway give this a look it presents a great opportunity for investors IMHO.

Yes .044 is a great buy imo, we are going much higher and the stage has been set for some major excitement as the company prepares their major deals and the PR's about them anticipated anyday. No better time to load up on VRMD IMO.

I'm in but was holding for higher pps. I do not like the fact that it did not run on news. Might be a short term hold.

if the company cancelled 73% of their outstanding shares shouldn't their remaining share price have risen around 73%. Who's shares got cancelled?

gphs98,good question.As for the pr=fluff.It is full of the"company believes",nothing solid.Don't get me wrong,not bashing,cautious.If the management does 1/2 of what it says,it should eventually go bang.Iwould like to buy it at .03.

Well in this range now it is an excellent buy, and the company has stated in previous PR's that tomorrow should be the day something big comes out. I think this story is just starting to unfold and presents a really great opportunity for investors at these levels.

VRMD is moving nicely today, wonder if they will put out another PR tomorrow, it seems to be the way tey do it. Do your DD on this little gem I think you will like it.

A very good day for VRMD yes, keep in mind there is still plenty of time to get into this one, as specualtion is starting to fly about more announcements as the company starts to come through with major developmets.
This could hit a dime very quickly on news as it has virtually been cleaned out at these present levels.
In my view, VRMD presents investors with excellent upsdie potential and limited risk at current levels, just don't wait too long to get in.

Vision Real Estate Management and Development to Buy Back 50 Million Shares
Vision Real Estate Management and Development, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VRMD), today announced, Vision Real Estate Management and Development will buy in the open market up to 50 million shares of its publicly traded common stock. "Based on the revenue and earnings that the real estate, trucking and mortgage divisions are currently bringing into our company, we believe that our stock price is severely undervalued," stated Daniel J. Duffy, Vice President of VRMD. "Therefore, in order to enhance shareholder value, the smartest place to put the company's money is in its own stock." The stock buy back program will commence immediately. The stock that is purchased in the open market will be cancelled and returned to treasury. Therefore every share purchased by the Company will result in a reduction in the number of outstanding shares. "A large percentage of the profit from each real estate transaction, as well as the earnings from the Mortgage and Trucking divisions will go towards the buyback of the Company stock," stated Donovan Rhoden, President of Vision Real Estate Management and Development. "The stock buyback program will benefit all shareholders by decreasing the number of outstanding shares and increasing each shareholders percentage of ownership in the Company."

Yes like I said the more I look at this one the more I like it. There is enormous upside potential on this one and news on Friday is just fantastic, keep in mind that there is much more to come from this company and already it should be valued around .20 or more from the cancellation of all those outstanding shares and now a 50 million shares buyback, think about it, there will now only be 30 million shares total outstanding with enormous assets and large deals to beannounced shortly as per the company's recent PR's.

VRMD shares were reversed and converted into VRMV.PK . Right now, there are no or few shares trading. No news, no annoucements... What's up?
