a friendly reminder here-
when this one runs--it really runs, even under the "old" trading models...
volume low--support has been made--bid/ask pulled together a few minutes ago....
good luck..

i am a bit distracted by that other stock the last two days... seems like most of the bb traders are ignoring the good stuff again...
i don't have much QBID---but i got in so long ago that i have it so cheap this is fun....
after it is done running the focus will come back to the better ones like this and ALMI, et al--that should have gone back to .27 yesterday...but nobody was interested....

I'm still in this one and just added a litle more today at .18. I tried yesterday at .165 at the losing bell, but was just seconds late. I believe this will be back in the .30s in May.

i have mised a few buys lately-----
the volatility is pretty amazing lately...

it seems like my orders are too late a lot... scottrade has always been very good about filling orders quickly, but they are not anymore....

Closed at .15 friday, bid ask edging up to .155/.165 this morning. Probably explained by - Henry the CEO bought over a million shares last Friday afternoon, bringing his holdings up to about 20% of the company's shares.

Should be an interesting week for this one: 10Q will be out. Natives really getting restless on this one lately: a series of mainly fluff PR's have driven this one all the way down to .12, even .11 at times. Looks to me like a classic case of investor irritation and a "show me the money" approach: enough talk Henry, cough up some good numbers. My general hunch, based purely on nothing, is that this 10Q won't be great but that the next one will be much better. We'll see, should be interesting. If the 10Q stinks, my guess is will go sub-.10. If it's good, should be back up towards more "normal" support levels. This is one of my small holdings where I'd just rather "not look". I wish I had the option to remove it from all my tracking and just check it in a year and see what happened. Unfortunately, scottrade doesn't let you do that! Maybe I could put a little piece of tape over the area of my screen where the prvh quote always comes up, but I'm guessing that might annoy my family.

glass - saw that, but honestly i haven't had the time/inclination to research it yet. prvh is very complex to understand because they have their hands in so many things. however, what it's boiled down to for the short-term is actually quite simple: they need to start showing some revenues soon to keep above a dime

I would buy here at .09 or less. May not dip that low though. May dip much lower.

Somehow I think you actually hope I did regret my swing trades.

I always regret it when my trades only profit me 22 percent.

i like this company too, and also find them fascinating. amazing the wide variety of companies they have leveraged into. henry has some serious guts, that's for sure! one thing i admit that has me wondering a bit though: how are they going to come up with $45M to pay for this latest company? still, i like the long-term chances on this one to do well. we shall see

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/17/04 -- Providential Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: PRVH); Berlin Stock Exchange: PR7, WKN 935160; (www.phiglobal.com) today announced that it is now ready to distribute 20,000,000 shares of ATC Technology Corp's common stock as a special dividend to all the PRVH shareholders of record as of December 31, 2003, on a pro-rata basis. It is estimated that PRVH shareholders of record as of December 31, 2003 will receive one ATC share as dividend for every five PRVH shares held. All eligible shareholders will receive confirmation of the exact amount of dividend shares in the next few weeks. Currently the core business of ATC Technology Corp is mobile video electronics. Its main customers are the retailers in the US. The management is currently in negotiations with a couple acquisition candidates to augment or complement ATC's core business before the spin-off to create additional value for the shareholders. The final decision will be made public in a matter of days. Following the dividend payout, ATC will file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a fully reporting public company. The dividend shares will be free trading when the SEC completes its review process and declares the registration effective. As a result of the payout, PRVH as the Company will own 80,000,000 shares and PRVH shareholders will own 20,000,000 shares of the ATC's outstanding common stock at the time of the dividend distribution. The Company plans to distribute additional share dividends from its other subsidiaries and will announce the record dates for those distributions in the near future.

I find it amazing how some companies with absolutely pathetic fundamentals, like this one, can garner such massive market capitalization. PRVH has negative net worth and is losing gobs of money, but is valued by the market at tens of millions.

But, if you are long and the price goes up, who cares!

IMO a reversal is imminent!

I have taken a position in this co. at the .07 cents level very recently. IMO, PRVH is likely to head back up toward .20 cents in the very near future! I will seek to prove this.

First, they are likey to be profitable again for the last quarter of '04 when they report their 10Q (their CEO has claimed this to be true) which should becoming out any day now. In December 2004, the CEO aquired more than 3 million restricted shares

("HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Dec 2, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Providential Holdings, Inc. (PRVHE) (Berlin Stock Exchange and Frankfurt Stock Exchange:PR7, WKN 935160) (www.phiglobal.com), a diversified holding company which currently focuses on mergers and acquisitions services, cutting tool business, and international markets, announced today that its Chairman and CEO Henry Fahman has acquired 3,350,000 restricted shares of common stock of Providential Holdings, Inc. at an average price of $0.0896 per share, in exchange for $300,000 of his loans to the Company. These shares are subject to a two-year holding period before being eligible for resale. ")

PRVH has continued doing more mergers and aquisitions work during January 2005. They should be finalizing the deal to aquire 51% of a Korean wireless manufacturer by Feb. 21, 2005. This company appears to be very profitable and growing radidly!

Yesterday PRVH announced: "Providential Holdings Retains OTC Financial Network for Comprehensive Investor Relations Campaign
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2005 12:49 PM
- PR Newswire
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Feb 18, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Providential Holdings, Inc. (PRVH) , a provider of international advisory services specializing in mergers and acquisitions, announced today that it has retained OTC Financial Network, a division of National Financial Communications Corp., to implement a comprehensive investor relations program." More info. is available about all these facts at the relevant websites below.

Also, the technicals for PRVH look oustanding! As their share price has declined...their stock has actualy been strongly accumulated! Money flow in has been strong (This makes me think PRVH has been shorted to some extent...along with new shares that came into the float. Total O/S is around 135 million shares with about an 80 million share in the float...as I understand it).

http://www.phiglobal.com/
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=PRVH,uu[w,a]dacayyay[dd][pb50!b100][vc60][iUb14!Lf]&pref=G
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=prvh&sid=0&o_symb=prvh&freq=1&time=9

So, do your DD and buy if you're convinced...or you can just watch it and hop-on if it starts to run. Yesterday's trading along with yesterday's news and the coming news (the 10Q, the wireless company deal completion...etc...) lead me to believe that PRVH is on it's way back up. We shall see.

Oh yes...it should be obvious to all...I will be getting the word out about PRVH too. That is also worth something and worth considering.

Good trading and my best to all!

It would be nice to see this thread come back to life!

--------------------
Good trading!

Personally, I reported Fahman to SEC for securities fraud, about two months back, after warning him several times I would if he did not disperse dividend shares as promised and did not file his late 10Q then have the "E" status removed.

He did not perform as he promised, I filed a fraud complaint as I promised. A week later the dividend shares were dispersed, but he has yet to take those companies public, as promised.

I followed up by filing a criminal complaint for
fraud with his local police agency. Fahman has
been advised of those events, after being warned
in advanced what would happen if he did not comply.

Incidently, I spoke with him in person and made
it very clear I am pissed off at him. I am known
for not mincing my words.

During our conversations, all I got from him was
a bunch of stammer, stutter and stall.

Fahman is late again with his 10Q which caused
PRVH to crash most recently.

Why are he, Tina and others flying all over the
world acting like big shots and not taking care
of SEC business? While masturbating their egos,
they caused PRVH share value to drop over fifty
percent, on the average, by not taking care of
routine business as they should.

His last late filing caused share prices to crash
from an average of .18 per to .09 per. Now PRVH
is down to .065 per because of his "notice of
late filing" recently, indicating he is still
screwing up.

February 18,

"The Company recently announced its acquisition
of the majority interest in a Korean...."

Completely false statement.

He and his advertisement agency are both lying as of a few days back. They are claiming the Korean deal is closed. That is a lie. Fahman only has a letter of intent, which is not a binding contract.

Fahman has a history of major deal announcements but never closing the deals.

There are those calling for his resignation. I am calling for Fahman to be tossed into prison. I hold
a strong personal opinion he is running a scam.

Fahman fooled a lot of us, self included, almost
two years back with his false promises and false
statements. He was even named "businessman of the
year" by the Republican party. PRVH actually made
it up to .38 per share then began crashing because
Fahman kept screwing up, over and over.

My current personal opinion, an opinion in common
with IBZT, is Fahman is either a crook or totally
incompetent, perhaps both.

I am, of course, a fool for believing him so long
ago, a mistake which will not be repeated.

I am a social nudist. However, a cape and mask
only, will do just fine.
