Loudeye Reports Narrower Q4 Pro Forma Loss - Update [LOUD]

2/24/2004 Tuesday after the bell, Loudeye Corp. (LOUD) released fourth quarter financial results, reporting a loss that narrowed from last year on higher revenues.

The Seattle, Washington-based Loudeye reported a pro forma net loss for the quarter of $905,000 or $0.02 per share, compared to a pro forma net loss of $5.3 million or $0.12 per share in prior year quarter.

Revenues for the quarter rose to $2.9 million, the company revealed, up from $2.6 million posted in the year-ago quarter.

For the full year 2003, Loudeye posted pro forma net loss of $7.8 million, or $0.16 per share, compared to a pro forma net loss of $22.4 million, or $0.54 per share in prior year quarter.

Shares of LOUD closed Tuesday’s regular trading session at $2.30

not bad-- but not good enough to keep the aftermarket trading from bring the price down for a while---i have the bid-ask back to market close now but it was down for a while--I continue to hold
