I have a question for both of you regarding CLSI. Both of you have done a great deal of DD on this, and I feel you both have come to "know" this one. I have followed your posts, and done my own DD. Neither of you have talked about this one in a few days, so I wanted to ask you what you think of currently. I have my own stocks in my own account, and do not personally own it. The reason I am asking, is my workmates and I are forming an investment club, and starting with only $700. I see this as a good 2-6 month hold. We don't want to be over aggressive (i.e. qbid, etc) because the other 6 members are in the learning phase, and I am the teacher. So, I want a "reasonable" penny, and this one fits the bill. I just want your 2 cents worth if you don't mind.

Thanks in advance, very much, and please don't disappear from allstocks completely. This "Hot stocks free for all" remains sane for the most part, so maybe you can stay on this side......Buddy.

The fact that we are not PUMPING is why it sits---we put in our buy orders and the price moves nicely on LIGHT volume---i don't chase--- i am sure that PG is even more conservative than I am--I am more than a little pissed at the SEC right now for letting the MM's have more grace time to wait till the new rules start--they just fined 5 NYSE MM"S @ 256mill$ for filling their own orders prior to clients(US)orders ----I have positioned myself into specific stocks and waited by the waterhole patiently for the Feb 20 game to show up--now we have to wait some more-- this one is PROFITABLE--how many others are?--no P&D -- do we break our own rules and and PUMP or do we abide by our principles and keep trying to get the message across in a rational way?--look at the lev2 on it -NITe was guarding the ask like a big dog with a bone until i started hitting the ask with orders--they backed up --I haven't looked at it this week-- i will be back on it when i get some other stuff off of the TO DO list---LOL-- good luck and please help us move it --you aren't likely to lose @.025$

This is another good example of the need to use multiple databases and compare notes--
Using my Scottrade--I was never able to see the ACTUAL prices of the sales----it just shows.01-----
LOOK at the 2 year charts--there is a definite uptrend--look at the prices of the sales and look at the dates---these were PRIVATE SALES--who bought them? at such a good price?---I don't think this is a major concern----i think that Mr. Brodbeck sold 1/2 of his interest in the co. at a very good price----?freind or family? this co is very closely held--they are developing new methods to make parking enforcement/payment more modern--this is not a get-rich quick trade---but once again it takes PR to move ANY stock and look --they just hired a sales development partner-note that the PR co is not in the game for investor relations---so the lack of investor relations has a defintie appeal to me--why--because that indicates they are not a P&D scheme---buy this and wait---

Marketing Communications Firm to Handle PR for Parking-Systems Developer
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 2004--Clancy Systems International, Inc. (OTCBB: CLSI, news), a leading developer of parking enforcement systems, announces it has retained Vanguard Communications Marketing & Public Relations for a variety of marketing programs including an ongoing media campaign for the national rollout of Clancy's newest product, a new method of allowing drivers to pay for parking by using cell phones.

"We were drawn to Vanguard's track record in national product launches," says Stanley Wolfson, Clancy Systems International's president and CEO. "We'll be rolling out product launches in the next few months in markets in California, Georgia, Florida and Puerto Rico, and Vanguard's experience in national and international public relations makes an excellent match."

In addition to the product launches, Vanguard will also promote the company's other products, including hand-held Ticket Writers and Remit-Online.com, which enables consumers to pay parking tickets via the Internet.

"Clancy Systems is overflowing with innovative products that resonate with parking companies and consumers alike," says Ron King, Vanguard Communications president. "Our goal is to raise nationwide awareness of Clancy's products and further position the company as 'the parking authority.'"

Vanguard Communications has been retained by Clancy to promote Park-by-Phone and other Clancy products. (They are not providing investor relations services.)
