OILMAN OR LOVE THE MARKET! ????Give me your honest opinion, I am a big boy and can take it! Am I plan stupid or what! I figured this 10KSB extention was a given do to the acquiring of Synosphere and the CD shares being resolved. Some people acted shocked, unbeleivable. But, we have people saying this is a negative! I think it is a positive. Because, it is going to make us even look better than ever before since penny land. The latest article of there status done for 2002 and up till Jun 2003 is my by standards way out dated for where we are at today with this company! I feel we are going up not stright up but up and up big! If I am wrong tell me and then I will get the hell out of this stock market all togeather because I must be stupid! I have made a lot of money reading things. Let me know your opinions and me and the monster will put it in your hands. Only responses from the named above please! Eat MONSTER Eat

I wrote:

"This suggests dilution via conversion."

This is now happening, yes? Looks like
dilution based on volume.

A delayed 10Q to keep prices high for
conversion dilution, maybe?

I hold 0 shares of IBZT. I sold all at .058 but soon now I will be buying it all back and adding even more shares! Sly like a fox!
More shares how nice that sounds! IBZT is still the best penny stock going and will bring me a lot more money in the future! My bullish opinion has not changed one bit! Sleep MONSTER for just a little while longer!

Got another 300,000 today in the family now.

Bart - you're a better man than I !!! I WISH I had the ba_ls to trade this thing - I'd be RICH now!

I'm in for the long haul - The way I look at it is what's the difference wether people got in at .0164 like me, and I was way to late then after knowing about it; or .06 or 08 when, imho, this gets to .20+ ?

I think the rest of the CD shares are being dumped today like Friday - and the MMs are keeping it down purposely til all the dumping is done - all - jmo.

Good luck to us all,

Steve

I copied this message from Dbleagl's Atomic Bob's IBZT website http://www.atomicbobs.com/index.php?board=23
I don't know who sent the question to Ken Shilling but here is the email and then Ken's reply....

Dave Munday

Ken,

It was my understanding that there was to be " no more dilution"
however

THURSDAY- 83 MILLION NEW SHARES WERE ISSUED

FRIDAY-54 MILLION NEW SHARES WERE ISSUED

As a shareholder, please explain.

James

James,

Just happened to check my mail and noticed this message from you. It is true, we have settled all the convertible debt, however, it was settled by allowing the debt holders to convert out completely. In that regard, there
will be additional shares issued, however, nothing that even closely resembles the dillution our company has seen over the last six months. James, had I not put my foot down on the debt holders, we could have
easily seen over three billion in the OS.

That being said, we're extremely pleased that the debt holders accepted a greatly reduced conversion rate and to that end, the debt is gone with the exception of Laurus Master Funds who have agreed to a lock up until the
end of March on their remaining balance. At that point they can begin converting with a 20 day look back at the share price. Hopefully, we can hold at or above were we're currently at today and if that is the case,
we'll see less than twenty million more shares put into the market in March. Beyond that, we have a consulting agreement that allows the consultants to exercise options. The good news about that, is when they do exercise it puts a great deal of money into the company. The company is in the bestshape it has been in for four years and I anticipate it to continue to
improve.

Thank you for your investment into IBZT and your confidence to do so.

Regards,

Ken Schilling

Love the Market: I love the thrill of it! I just want as many shares as I can get before the big push up! It is coming very soon! I will probably jump back in first thing tom.
Somewhere between .045 and .054. After hours Big Chart had it up from .047 to point .049. I thought IBZT did not trade after hours! I must of have been wrong! The MONSTER will eat real soon!

I'm new to this forum, and I've never considered Bart anything but a pumper. Suprised some of you thought differently.

I also agree with Purl regarding the email 'supposedly' from Ken Schilling. If the email is legit, and I were a shareholder, the text would definetely NOT install confidence in me.

The company is in the bestshape it has been in for four years and I anticipate it to continue to improve.

He sure sounds really confident. Not.

I still see potential in IBZT IF their VKB actually works well. Obviously if they PR good pre-orders, or even ship the product, the stock will pop -- but I think it's a little to early to bet the farm long. Obviously Bart isn't long if he sold his position off.

I agree that Bart likes to "pump" IBZT, but he clearly states in several of his posts that hes bullish on it and everyone has the right to thier own opinoin. Thats what stock chat boards are for. Now Purl Gurl is a basher, I admit half or her posts are legit posts with good research, but the other half are posts shooting down others ideas and thoughts (mostly without the research to back her statments). Purl, you have a lot you can offer this group, please stay positive and let the moderaters do the moderating. Brincher

Purl,
I am not really sure what you get from that email which has been posted from Ken. I have run a very successful, publicly traded company that was also a spin off of a huge debt burdened company. The tactics, which Ken speaks of, are very simple in business planning. Place 450 million shares valued at .003 up against your outstanding debt, place a mandatory hold on the stock until march 2004, upon execution of the agreement the debt holder is only allowed to take possession and sell the amount of stock which is required to cover the dept. So let us try some simple math..... 450 million X .003 = 1.35 million the approximate amount of debt that would be due...... march let us assume that the stock will be at .08 after the release of numbers.... the debt left is approximately 1.35 million so .... 1.3 million / 16 million shares.... thus we have shaved the dilution factor to a mere 3.5% of the original 450 Million... And if anyone thinks that the plan he has laid out is not understood by those investors with debt reorganization educations, you are very very wrong..... Now anything could happen with the market these days and in order for this to work we need to be at .05 or above come march…. My money is that we will be …. This CEO is using the business 101 guide to rebuilding a company…. He has what appears to be a fair amount of income…. He is diversifying…. He is controlling the press releases to allow for the proper deals at the proper times… So far it is right down the old check list…. Next is or the company to recover O/S….. Two ways to make this happen… 1) Buy them back at the option price which was set at .003 per the filing, hmmm who would have had the foresight for that one hmmmm 2) Reverse split, not a favorite of the shareholders and I would expect by his other actions a last resort Once a median is found for the O/S then go for a real market and you have yourself a real company…… sprinkle a few acquisitions… garnish with a dash of mergers and VALLLAH! We are cooking now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GREAT Post Oilman! I think Bart just get a little excited. I do too on this stock. I just wish I had played the rolls - but was/am afraid of being caught out when it runs. I'll just say I sat and watched the NEOM and AGIS runs, and was in UVCL during the run! WHAT a FEELING! Euphoric! This Ibiz even had me dreaming about it! LOL

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. This board as a whole is super - with MOST people getting along - or at least agreeing to disagree; and not like the nastiness and obnoxious people (many - not all) on RB. I post there on UVCL often, but posting on Ibiz is futile - there are over 1000 posts a day on that thread - and 950 of them are nothing but BS. Pumpers, Bashers and Idiots!

Good Luck to us all.
Steve

True! I got in this stock at .0090! No one thing, I am in for the long run! I have taken no profit out of IBZT! And I have a substantial profit! You need to read what I said! I sell then turn around and buy even more shares! Which is a smart idea unless you get caught out when a good PR is released! As far as pumping the stock. I am a Bull make no mistake about it. Which I have stated many times. I am not a person who is scared to take a chance. I love this stock for its potential! What we need to do is all be negative and some of you all would be very happy! I think you need to track all of what I have said about this stock and all my buy and sells and you would see I get more shares and have not taken one dime in profit out so far! But I am not long right! As normal, not checking what I have done before commenting! I am a pumper (yes I am) but dang sure not part of any interest group but my own! But, your partner is not a basher! Right! I admit what I am! I will be bullish until there in my opinion no way that there is any more money to be made on this stock! You have a nice day and remember the MONSTER will eat soon.

PG: Again another one who does not know what I am! I have stated in a lot of post that I am a BULL big time. I am not no pump and dump promotor! And I do not think that there is a criminal behind every door! No what I am and not what I am not! Misleading people you better look at yourself. If investors followed the others own this site that stated that they thought this was a good stock look at the money they would have had! If they followed you look at the money they would not have. But, we are all wrong and you are oh so right! My friends where I live, are super happy about me telling them about this stock! End of subject and this Bull will continue! Will put all my money back in tom and get a heck of lot more shares as I have done many times before! I will comment no more on anything that you or true says!

You all need to settle down. Cut the personal attacks and discuss the news at hand. The price has dropped and I think everyone is getting a bit testy. I was the one that posted that email from Ken and I specifically wrote that it came from the Raging Bull forum. I mention that because in my opinion it needs to be questioned as for its authenticity. That being said any info gleened from it should also be discounted. I think PG comments could be justified if that email were known to be gospel but it would still be her opinion and that's what I wanted to hear. I think Oilman is on the right track as to what is going on and I will add my opinion is that the company also wants to purchase more shares at a lower price to cteate a greater holding. Bart I think your positive slant is also necessary to keep everyones eyes on the prize and I believe it WILL pay off. If anyone is basing their own financial decisions off of the opinions of this forum alone with out doing any of their own DD, they deserve exactly what they get. I see three possible futures for this stock: A)It tanks and goes under- I very much doubt it B) It does nothing at all and stays right where it is- I also very much doubt it C)It assends- This to me is the most plausible future. It would be nice to see a penny a day for the next 5 years as someone requested but I doubt that will happen either. It's going to go up but there will be some bumps along the way. If your working the short term I'm sure it can be pretty frantic, if your going long though you need to accept the good and the bad and just hold on. I use this forum for additional angles and valued opinions. I don't want any censorship as that defeats the purpose of why we all come here. If you're a pumper or a basher and that's all you want to do, put it on Raging Bull- that's where it needs to be. If you're a bull or a bear speak your mind but at least be respectful of opposing positions and try to use whatever supporting facts you can to support your stance. I value the opinions of this board, let's keep it at a higher standard where we all can benefit from each others info and experience. That's my rant. Now...Let's make some money!
