i think is nice to know the average of ibzt in each one portfolio, because of course who got in at .01 or less has now many more shares. i'm in 15% of my portfolio long term and 30% daytrading. it isn't much but i wait every deep.

I shorted 2 million today @ 0.0615, but I'm not holding the shares, so I guess it doesn't mean I'm a holder. Of course, my cover stop is @ 0.0735. This is just to make sure I don't lose more than 20% of the capital.
So far I'm up only 10 grand. *** sigh ***
I plan to close this position within a week--not sure what'll happen after.

This sould be very good for us. Eat MONSTER Eat and tomorrow he will! And you are right I will not sell (however I sold everything today at .058 and got it all back plus more shares at .053! My monster I had to lock up while I did this. I saw a great opportunity to increase my shares and did so!

Six Black Roses: IF you really shorted 2 million shares today, this may OPEN higher than your stop. You must be in Canada or at least out of USA, as we can't short pennies here. What did you say your stop was? .0735? I wouldn't want to be you if this opens at .074 and keeps running - and it looks like it will. Good luck

"...debt retirement with not only our convertible debenture holders, but also the reduction in accounts payable...."
This suggests dilution via conversion. This is not a certainty but does hint at this. Their news also suggests they are claiming one event as two, this is, conversion of debt into shares and claiming this also as reduced liability. No difference but does add a positive spin on news through Slippery Semantics; claiming one event as two.
Late filing is not positive.
I will be interested if Ibiz claims debt retirement as a net profit, a typical legal book cooking, rather than as a zero line change in balance sheets. What this means is they have not made a profit but rather brought a debt up to zero, not a true net profit. For share holders, if this dilution happens, this is a net loss for share holders shown as a net profit on their balance sheets, if cooked.
