Want to get into a penny stock that will hit the high dollar amounts within a month or two? I got into this stock about six months ago when it was a whopping $0.97.

I didn't know what I was doing back then, and it went down into the teens when everyone got hot and bothered and decided to sell. In any event, MAJOR NEWS came out, and it's been increasing at a ridiculous rate lately.

I bought another large amount at $0.26 to hedge my bet. That was last week. Today, it hit $0.635 and will continue drastically.

CHECK IT OUT!!!

Good luck,

Tyler Durden

Could the Next Dynamite Security Stock After Taser Be SkyWay?

CLEARWATER, Fla., June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SkyWay Communications
Holding Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: SWYC) may have created what could be the
next sophisticated level of homeland security in many years for the airline
industry. With a backlog of orders up to $5.4 billion, Titan Corporation has
recently signed a sales and marketing agreement to bring to market SkyWay's
sophisticated communications systems for homeland security for the airline
industry. Such a move may be a great opportunity for SkyWay's revenues.
In addition, Skyway recently announced delivery to Continental Airlines
four of its sophisticated Skyway Media Servers, with an agreement for more to
follow. Titan Corporation earlier had confirmed transmission speeds in excess
of 23Mbps.
Many people believe SkyWay is demonstrating much of the potential seen in
another security company: Taser International. It could be time to research
SkyWay Communications Holding Corporation. With the ink dry on signed
agreements with Continental Airlines and Titan, many other airlines could be
signing up for the very sophisticated homeland security systems being offered
by SkyWay. The Department of Defense would be a great user. Investors always
seem to find the newest and best vehicle for investing their money. SkyWay
could be a greater revenue producer by offering security services for the
protection of U.S. citizens. Visit: http://www.skywayaircraftsecurity.com.
SkyWay may have placed itself in a very unique position to bring stability
to the air travel business for family vacations and corporate business again,
which could very well be the path to profitability for the airline industry as
a by-product of its sophisticated communications systems. SkyWay in its
research and development division may have the right sophisticated technology
and vision to protect the airline industry for homeland security. Titan
Corporation may recognize this potential having just signed a sales and
marketing agreement with SkyWay.
Within the investment community, security has been a growing business that
many are paying very close attention to in every city, town and community of
the United States. With UBS, Switzerland's largest bank, building its
position to more than four percent of stock ownership in Titan Corporation,
investors may want to keep an eye on the newly-minted, sophisticated,
communications systems of SkyWay. Visit: http://www.skywayaircraftsecurity.com.

Lantax Prepared To Fund SkyWay Communications Holding Corp. With $24 Million
Thursday November 11, 2:27 pm ET

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 2004--Lantax, a European investment group consisting of wealthy families, is in the final stages of negotiating a funding agreement with SkyWay Communications Holding Corp. (OTCBB:SWYC - News; SWYC), that will bring SWYC an estimated $24 Million. The duPont Investment Fund 57289, Inc. financed a third party valuation of SWYC that enabled Lantax to determine a realistic value for the American Company as part of their due diligence.

The third party's Preliminary Indication of Value, an extensive document based upon prospective financial information, indicated that SWYC's stated value is in excess of $500 Million if the Company achieves its scheduled Milestones I and II. These Milestones consist of raising in excess of $30 Million in funding, thereby enabling SkyWay to complete the Air-to-Ground (ATG) network that will provide the connection for their ATG services. Brent Kovar, President of SkyWay Communications Holding Corp. indicated, "This will allow us to meet another portion of SkyWay's milestones. Upon the completion of our negotiations with Lantax and the receipt of the duPont investment, we will have all of the funding in place that is required to field our product. I want to thank the duPont Investment Fund 57289, Inc. on behalf of all SkyWay shareholders for financing the third party valuation and for their unyielding faith in our Company."

In addition to the independent third party valuation of SkyWay, Lantax witnessed a demonstration of the technology and had access to an engineering white paper, written by an MIT PhD, indicating that the patented technology developed by Brent Kovar is sound and does achieve increased throughput as advertised.

A representative of Lantax stated, "Our fund is continually seeking to invest in companies that are concerned with anti-terrorist objectives. The independent third party valuation, the engineering white paper and a demonstration of the technology has satisfied our due diligence and we are currently negotiating with SkyWay to determine our future business involvement in their Company."

Brent Kovar added, "A member of our senior management staff and a trusted financial advisor recently returned from Europe after completing several very productive meetings with representatives of Lantax. It is important to improve our position in the marketplace so that we can achieve favorable terms. I plan to personally complete the negotiations by the end of the month."

About Lantax

Lantax is an international venture capital firm dedicated to finding and investing in companies that are the most advanced and effective at combating security threats to private, commercial, national and international governments. The heightened threat of terrorism has brought newfound attention to corporate, governmental, and private surveillance systems. However, few organizations have the capabilities necessary to integrate their surveillance operation into their core IT infrastructure. Lantax desires to invest alongside the management of these unproven companies, which appear to have the potential to develop into significant economic contributors.

U.S. Senate Candidate Mel Martinez Visits SkyWay Communications During Homeland Security Week
Wednesday August 25, 9:30 am ET

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 2004--U.S. Senate Republican candidate Mel Martinez visited SkyWay Communications Holding Corp., (OTCBB:SWYC - News) Aug. 11 as part of national Homeland Security Week. Skyway is developing a unique air-to-ground in-flight aircraft communications network that will facilitate homeland security and sustain aircraft-related services including anti-terrorism support, real time in-flight surveillance and monitoring, in-flight entertainment and airport security services.

National Public Radio's senior Washington editor, Ron Elving, recently called Martinez "probably the leading candidate" on the Republican side of the Aug. 31 primary. Martinez is the former secretary of Housing and Urban Development in the Bush administration and is campaigning for the seat of U.S. Senator Bob Graham, who is retiring.

Martinez called SkyWay's Homeland Security technology applications "awesome" and said that he anticipates supporting the company's continued development of leading edge anti-terrorism technology. "I look forward to working with SkyWay in the future," he said.

SkyWay most recently unveiled the company's new integrated airport security solutions at the 35th Annual Florida Airports Council Conference Exhibition held in Panama City, Fl. "The integrated airport security system and in-flight security capabilities we are developing will put SkyWay at the forefront of anti-terrorist technology," said Brent C. Kovar, SkyWay's President. "SkyWay's continuing efforts to improve the security of the nation's aviation system, demonstrates our capacity to become the industry's first to provide a total solution for security services on the ground and in the air.

Kovar founded SkyWay in 2000 to develop commercial applications for his patented high-speed wireless data transmission technology. SkyWay intends to offer In-flight Broadband Communications (IBC) and related services to commercial and private aircraft carriers as well as government agencies via their wireless air to ground tower network. Skyway is currently upgrading their wireless network locations which includes more than 130 strategically located transmission towers that will provide complete coverage of the United States, Mexico and southern Canada.

SkyWay's IBC System Impresses World Airline Entertainment Association - WAEA - Attendees
Wednesday October 13, 11:30 am ET

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 2004--On September 21-24 the World Airline Entertainment Association (WAEA) held their 25th Annual Conference and Exhibition in Seattle, Washington. The WAEA is an international non-profit organization founded in 1979 representing more than 80 commercial, international and domestic airlines and 250 airline vendors/suppliers and related companies. Their membership includes aircraft manufacturers, motion picture studios/producers/distributors, broadcast networks, electronic content creators and audio/video equipment manufacturers, who are committed to excellence in providing In-flight Entertainment (IFE) and communication products and services.

Management believed it was important to take this opportunity, within such an exclusive audience, to tell the SkyWay story to the airline industry and prospective buyers. Although SkyWay's presentation booth was modest in design, the "under construction" theme reflected the progress SkyWay's in-flight communications system has made. This presentation was very well received and sent a positive message to all in attendance that SkyWay intends to be the In-Flight Broadband supplier of the future and a company that is determined to lead the industry in providing the flying public with the most enjoyable in-flight experience available.

SkyWay's DC-9 "Stars & Stripes" accompanied the Management Team, and was at Boeing Field to provide In-Flight Broadband Communication (IBC) tarmac demonstrations for a selected number of visitors.

Tracy DeCuir, an Airline Industry Consultant, and President of DeCuir, Inc. stated, "SkyWay's WAEA demonstration of In-Flight Broadband Communication (IBC) over the existing NATS infrastructure was very impressive; they've cleared the first hurdle in the race to bringing affordable broadband communication to the U.S. domestic airline market."

Paul Kuphal, Executive VP & COO of Formation, Inc., a company that designs and manufactures hardware and software products and provides related engineering services for the aviation, data communications, defense and transportation industries, was equally impressed after witnessing a demonstration aboard "Star & Stripes." He said, "The passenger experience on the SkyWay DC 9 was quite impressive. The demonstration I received at this year's WAEA offered a look to the future with access to the Internet, email and multiple forms of entertainment. All accomplished wirelessly at broadband speeds. It is clear you have taken a giant step forward in bringing seamless passenger connectivity during air travel. Well Done!"

An interview at the show with The Shephard Group, a 25 year old well established publishing company, and Brent Kovar, SkyWay Communications President, led to a very informative article that appeared on Shephard's Online Web Portal.

The show presented many opportunities for SkyWay to engage in very positive discussions with both domestic and foreign air carriers who expressed interest in the SkyWay network. Additionally, the SkyWay Management Team was able to meet with a number of hardware, and major aircraft manufacturers, who we believe recognize the possible advantages of integrating their products with the SkyWay In-Flight Broadband Communications (IBC) network.

During the show SkyWay entered into discussions with IMS to explore incorporating the IMS portable technology with SkyWay's high-speed broadband Internet technology. IMS manufactures a portable entertainment device called the PEA (Personal Entertainment Appliance), which will be tested by American Airlines in November. The device currently offers movies yet to be released in video stores and electronic versions of newspapers and magazines that will be updated daily.

Brent Kovar, SkyWay Communications President, indicated, "I am extremely pleased at the number of those attending the show that expressed an interest in our IBC network, and appreciated the honesty and straightforward approach of the SkyWay message. There was a great deal of enthusiasm, especially from the selected visitors who witnessed our tarmac demonstrations. Additionally, aircraft manufacturers visited our booth on several occasions, with numerous personnel, to discuss incorporating the SkyWay IBC System into their aircraft. SkyWay is looking forward to many new, meaningful relationships as a direct result of the WAEA Show."

I bought some today @ 0.155 and am considering the low 20's for tomorrow.
Some investors may hold back since the deal is nor yet final but looks extremely promising.

I am a hugh fan of their technology as they can become the leader.

I believe they have rework a number of AT&T towers around the country to facilitate communications anywhere in the US, Mexico and southern Canada for air-to-ground communications.

also in Florida, they have their command and control center built and own a DC-9 jet for demonstrations purposes that the new investor has seen.

They will provide entertainment on a realtime basis - movies, news, shows, internet access, cell phone usage - as well as security monitoring. They will put in covert cameras and black box monitoring in so people on the ground can see what's happening, not like 9/11, and proceed accordingly.

The new Florida senator - Martinez - has seen the demo and is a big believer.

good luck

SkyWay: “Full funding soon”

November 12, 2004 - ASPIRING North American inflight communications provider SkyWay Aircraft says it is in the final stages of negotiating its next tranche of funding.

The company has also announced the selection of Cisco Systems to supply access points for the onboard wireless LAN designed to support its inflight broadband services.

The negotiations centre on a total of $24 million of new money, to be supplied by Lantax, a European venture capital company. Lantax was brought to the table by existing SkyWay investor duPont Investment Fund, which in August undertook to supply $7 million in six weekly tranches in return for SkyWay shares.

duPont has since financed a third-party valuation of SkyWay that seems to have gone a long way towards convincing Lantax. Along with duPont’s $7 million, the Lantax money is described as being sufficient to bring SkyWay to market. “On completion of our negotiations with Lantax and the receipt of the DuPont investment, we will have all of the funding required to field our product,” says SkyWay president Brent Kovar.

SkyWay says that the third-party valuation was supported by a demonstration of the company’s patented broadband technology and an engineering white paper indicating that the technology is sound and does indeed yield the claimed multi-megabit data throughput performance.

SkyWay plans to use its network, formerly operated by AT&T Wireless, to support a variety of applications, including onboard security monitoring and passenger services, the latter supported by wireless LAN. Cisco Systems is to supply SkyWay with its Aironet wireless LAN access points. SkyWay’s DC-9 flying testbed is already fitted with several Aironet 1200-series access points supporting IEEE 802.11b/g wireless communications at speeds of up to 54Mbit/sec.

SkyWay says it has also recently used Cisco equipment to test voice-over-IP (VoIP) telephony aboard the DC-9. A Cisco 7970 phone supported by Cisco CallManager software is reported to have been used for a VoIP call from the aircraft to SkyWay headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. A return call was made from the ground to the aircraft, and a conference call was initiated. “All the calls were crystal clear and were transmitted over our proprietary network,” Kovar says.

The duPont Investment Fund 57289, Inc. Satisfies $7 Million Investment Agreement With SkyWay Communications Holding Corp.
Wednesday November 17, 4:18 pm ET

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2004--SkyWay Communications Holding Corp. (OTCBB:SWYC - News) announced today the completion of the financial and business transactions that satisfies its previously announced Agreement with the duPont Investment Fund 57289, Inc. The original terms have been revised, including an increased role by the Fund in the identification of new business development (domestic and international) and investment opportunities.
Mr. R. duPont, stated, "I'm very pleased with my continuing relationship with SkyWay, and from a business perspective it made more sense to increase the Fund's participation with SkyWay and to assist them in completing their full business requirements. To accomplish this goal, the duPont Fund recently funded a third party independent valuation of SkyWay, which concluded that with sufficient funding to implement their business plan, SkyWay could be valued at over $500 Million. With current outstanding shares, this translates SkyWay into a per share market value well in excess of what the market currently values SkyWay today". Mr. duPont added, "My introduction of SkyWay to the Lantax Investment Group, has presented SkyWay with the opportunity to secure the funding required to complete their air-to-ground network and move forward with their commercial airline initiatives."

Brent Kovar, President of SkyWay Communications Holding Corp. acknowledged, "I truly appreciate the sincere efforts of Mr. duPont on behalf of SkyWay, and all of its shareholders. SkyWay will definitely benefit from the increased participation of Mr. duPont and the Fund. In addition to funding the independent third party valuation, he was instrumental in introducing us to Lantax. As a result, we may soon have all of the necessary funds in place to resume our original schedule and complete our mission."
