This is another extremely high risk stock
which I suggest you NOT buy. Read for very
clear comprehension. I am warning you NOT
to buy this stock.

EFLT - Elite Flight Solutions

Please read all SEC filings over at the
SEC edgar site. Be sure you read those
filings. This company, based on filings,
is a certain loser and, most likely, will
end up bankrupt. I sincerely mean that.

It is up to you to read financials on
this company. Financials are very bad.
You should NOT buy this stock.

Another really REALLY long shot here.
You will do better to bet on a week
dead Mad Cow than to bet on this stock.

Read those SEC filings. Read! READ!
Very bad financials. Huge debts and
huge losses. No hope at all.

We are betting on this company being a
loser but making a recovery.

This company has a great idea and has
an idea best suited for a toilet. Great
idea is an "air ambulance" service up
in Alaska. I view this service as a real
winner with good contracts secured. This
activity is bound to be a winner evidenced
by good recent profits.

Idea to be flushed is an "elite" service
for flyers up in Alaska. Bad BAD idea.

This part of this business requires leasing
Lear jets to serve the more elite population,
which I am sure will not happen. Frustrating,
this company has already inked a lease for
two jets, at very high prices. They will not
get out of this lease without substantial
loss of money, after negotiation. Lot of
upkeep costs involved with jets, as well.

Our bet is these goofballs will finally come
to understand there is not a lot of demand
for private jets up in Alaska. In time, they
will have to weasel out of their lease. The
bet is their air ambulance service will
survive causing them to become a profitable
company, although they have these egotistical
notions of flying the rich and famous about.

Who knows? Maybe there are a lot of very
wealthy people in Alaska wanting to charter
very expensive private jets. I think not.

So, after reading all SEC filings and noting
this company is doomed for failure, have a
guess at this. Will they file bankruptcy?
Will they dump the jets and stay with the
Cessna air ambulance?

Lots of risks involved with this stock.
I strongly urge you to NOT buy this stock.

Should you be an extreme risk taker who
likes roller coaster rides which leaves
your head in your lap, might be for you.

We are in for 10,000 shares at .052 per
and will not accumulate more. You have
our permission to run the price up.

Heh!

Remember, this is a mondo beyondo extreme
risk stock. Chances are one-hundred percent
you will lose money. I urge you to pass
on this stock.

Prices swing from .035 to .065 per. I am
expecting prices to rise in the near term.

There is news out today, snipped a bit:

"...announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Gregory Love as President and Director.

Mr. Love will stay with the Company and devote all of his time to the Alaska based Yukon-Kuskokwin air ambulance operation."

Many might view this as negative news. My
take is this is very positive news because
Love is well experienced and will be in
charge of the most profitable part of
their business. He will do well. Do note
in my original article I indicate they
should focus on Alaska. They are now
doing this.

No need to pump this stock. This company
speaks for itself. Pumping usually causes
more harm than good.

This is an update I posted January 7 here.

**

SARASOTA, Fla., Jan 7, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Elite Flight Solutions, Inc. (EFLT, Trade) announced today that it has completed the first quarter of full-scale operations in Alaska on the Yukon-Kuskokwim air ambulance contract.

Elite's President Gregory Love said today, "Elite completed over 200 flights during the first quarter of operations for a combined billing of 650 hours. This billing rate exceeds the contract guarantee and represents over $1,000,000 of gross revenue for the first three months of operation. We are just now headed into the busiest time of the year and we expect even more growth in our Alaska operations."

Elite anticipates revenues under the Yukon-Kuskokwim air ambulance contract to be approximately $4,000,000 annually for the five-year term to total $20,000,000 during the life of the initial contract. These numbers are based on the contract guarantee of 200 hours monthly. The actual hours and revenues could be closer to $6,000,000 annually.

Deja Vu!

Looks EFLT might, that is MIGHT be headed for
a turn around. You will note, when you were
much younger, I predicted their charter air
service would either do ok or become bankrupt.
I also indicated I did not like the charter
air end of their business.

BANKRUPT! Just as I suggested might happen.

EFLT is still bringing in very decent profits
from their air ambulance service in Alaska,
a branch of their company which I liked back
then and still like.

I like the air ambulance service because it is
a contract with a guarantee of payment, around
four to six-million per year, whether they fly
or not. So far, the contract is being honored.

Recently EFLT bought a car dealership in New Jersey
which should prove profitable in the future. With
our owning a small company, through which we
buy and sell vehicles, wholesale only, I have
very extensive knowledge about car retailers.
Those businesses are very profitable, not the
little fly-by-night ones, but the big franchise
dealerships, which EFLT has purchased.

EFLT current 10Q is overdue, but I suspect it
will show continued improvement but still a
net loss for the company.

Here is their last 10Q and be sure to note the
money coming in from the Alaska air ambulance.
I like what I read in the last 10Q and do look
forward to the next 10Q filing.

This is not a buy suggestion, but do keep an
eye on EFLT, price is sure right! Volume has
been kicking up lately, even some share price
increases periodically. Something is happening.

I have a quarter-million shares now. Thinking
to buy more while EFLT is dirt cheap.

Rather than cite numbers, read the 10Q on your own!

This is the last one, a new 10Q is due very soon.

Watch this one, there is renewed interest out there.
