Cup and Handle formed on the YTD chart

Not a pretty cup (slanted downward) but put her on your watchlists. My opinion is she is going to be topside of $10 inside 2 months.

Huge contract came in yesterday. Worth 1.25 Billion over the next five years.

This was the contract whose uncertainty had been holding prices back.

Big price jump was yesterday but I still believe there is a possible 40% or so growth in the near future.

In the midst of Breaking High

Signs are we are moving to next line of resistance around the $11.60 (roughly 13% above current pps)

Need to break away from the $10.40 to confirm current resistance truly broken.

Barring a strong drop tomorrow morning we broke the 10.40 this afternoon. We continue to move forward and volume is increasing again.

News out AH, Contract is signed.

10-Q due on Friday, contract details will be discussed in the CC.

Last sale $11.07

See if we gap tomorrow or if it was already priced in.

Don't know if anyone is following but I figure I should update this one. I have sold out of this position for the time being until the Allpay lawsuit against the SASSA award is concluded. If it is dismissed I would expect I will buy back in prior to the next earnings release assuming volume returns the the stock.
