NextPhase Wireless to Acquire ARINC-Cybertime for $1.5 Million Cash Wednesday, October 10 2007 - 8:30
ANAHEIM, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/10/07 -- NextPhase Wireless, Inc. (OTCBB: NXPW), a next-generation wireless connectivity solutions provider specializing in integrated Internet, voice and data communication, today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire ARINC-Cybertime Wireless Broadband from ARINC Incorporated, a world leader in transportation communications and systems engineering. The closing of the transaction, which provides for NextPhase to pay ARINC total cash consideration of $1.5 million for substantially all of ARINC-Cybertime's assets, is subject to due diligence, board approvals and the signing of a Definitive Agreement.
Headquartered in Redlands, California, ARINC-Cybertime is engaged in providing high-speed wireless Internet connectivity, computer repair and a full range of networking and IT support to both business and residential customers primarily in Southern California. Following the successful closing of the transaction, ARINC-Cybertime is expected to contribute better than $2.5 million in 2008 revenues to NextPhase.
