SHIKISAI International Inc. Announces Name Change to Life Design Station International, Inc. SHIKISAI International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SKSI) has announced a change of name to Life Design Station International, Inc. (LDSI), a U.S. company doing business in Japan, and will apply for a new CUSIP number and trading symbol to reflect the name change upon completion of this transaction (within twenty days.)
In addition, the existing officers and directors of SHIKISAI, Inc: Mr. Makio Takahashi, President and CEO, Director; Mr. Makoto Omori, Secretary and Director; Kumiko Kodama, Treasurer and Director are resigning.
Newly appointed officers and directors of Life Design Station International, Inc will be: Mr. Eiichiro Hemmi, Chairman of the Board, Director/Officer; Mr. Peter Spagone, President and CEO, Director/Officer; Mr. Takuya Hirahara, Secretary, Director/Officer; Ms. Kazuyo Horigane, Treasurer, Director; and Ms. Claire Singleton, Director. Two additional directors are expected to be appointed soon by Mr. Peter Spagone.
The newly named company’s North American office is located at 175 South West Temple Street, Suite 540, Salt Lake City, Utah, with marketing, sales and training activities taking place at the company’s locations in Japan.
Currently, Life Design Station International, Inc. whose principal business is estate planning, is conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, Life Design Station Japan, based in Tokyo, Japan. LDSJ is developing a national sales force consisting of hundreds of financial planners stationed in various locations throughout Japan.
The initial business plan for Life Design Station International, Inc. is:
to establish professional financial planning opportunities in the USA; to fully develop the professional financial planner concept and decide on financial products most suitable for the Japanese market; to support LDSJ, the wholly owned Japanese subsidiary which oversees the Japanese financial planner group; and to serve Japanese individuals who are interested in taking advantage of LDSI’s unique services.
