it doesn't seem like it though. there hasn't been anything filed (whereas there was last year when some shares were sold), and the volume has been so small. Seems that a few thousand shares bring it down, then a few more people jump off with small trades (50k shares or so). I don't think we've seen good volume since it went from .03 to .10 in late Dec. Could be wrong...but that's what it looks like to me.

Bid is back up to .045 now. I picked some up at .04 and had a bigger order in at .036 that never got touched.
