Ten & 10, Inc. Due Diligence Team Returns From China
Tuesday December 5, 10:14 am ET

WASHINGTON, DC--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 5, 2006 -- Ten & 10, Inc. (Other OTC:TTEN.PK - News) announced today that it recently sent representatives to China to perform due diligence on two Chinese companies with which Ten & 10 entered into agreements during the months of October and November. Ten & 10's subsidiary Tech 10 entered into two Letter Agreements with Infox Computer Service Co., Ltd. (ICS), dba Infox Edge Communications (IEC), a comprehensive high-tech company in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China; and FSP Holdings Limited (FSP), which wholly owns Zhejiang Fibersense Communication Technology Company Limited, which is headquartered in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang, China.

George Csatary, CFO of Ten & 10, was able to confirm existing contracts with both of the strategic joint venture partners. IEC has signed several related contracts with major providers. Under these contracts, IEC will develop hardware and software for infrastructure, with the goal of being marketed by way of one of the major service providers. IEC is a wireless technology provider of Mobile Streaming Service Platform based Multimedia Processing System in Peoples Republic of China (PRC).

FSP has several production contracts throughout provinces in the PRC to provide WiFi and WiMAX services. The company operates under a proprietary platform called the 3.5G spectrum, which is the only band licensed and certified by the Chinese government, and additionally has several public safety contracts in place with various government entities. Various applications include video conferencing, monitoring of roads and rail, multi-media broadcasting, and distance learning. Their strategic wireless WiMax network agreement is with China Telecom, which has the best fiber optics network in place, and is seeking more applications to maximize revenues.

The preliminary report to the Company from Mr. Csatary is that Ten & 10 should move forward with both transactions. Curtis Pree, President of Ten & 10, stated, "This trip is the first stage in the process with these strategic joint ventures in China. We also anticipate pursuing additional opportunities to grow our company in the Chinese market."

In regards to the spam Pcola mentioned. He did PM me the info. IMO it isn't specifically spam per se as they have an optin list with working non-harvesting optout option. I am on their list and received nowhere near (maybe 3 or 4) the number of emails PCola was saying. I'm guessing they have multiple email addy's in the database for Pcola.

3G is very hot in China. Forbes article on today's 3G related IPO. And this is just one area TTEN has business in. This is going to be a huge gainer.

China's 3G Fever
Vivian Wai-yin Kwok 12.08.06, 2:45 PM ET

Hong Kong - If there was ever a question that 3G is a hot item in China these days, that was answered by the performance of the latest IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. China Communications Services nearly doubled its offer price on the first day of trading Friday.

Underwriters chose an optimal moment for the launch, during the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) conference being held this week in Hong Kong. CCS (nyse: CCS - news - people ), a telecommunications network provider, soared 85% to close at $4.08 Hong Kong (52 U.S. cents), almost double its IPO price of $2.20 Hong Kong (28 cents).

CCS designs, constructs and supervises networks for all the major telecom operators in China, including China Telecommunications Corp., China Mobile (nyse: CHL - news - people ), China Unicom (nyse: CHU - news - people ), China Netcom Group (nyse: CN - news - people ) and China Railcom. Investors expect the Chinese government will launch 3G licenses for auction next year, so CCS should be able to cash in on a windfall. The result was the issue being 329 times over-subscribed in the retail portion of its IPO, raising $2.8 billion Hong Kong ($364 million).

3G has been the talk of the town in Hong Kong this week. After Leng Rongquan, president of China Telecom, and Zhuo Xusheng, CEO of China Netcom, made their optimistic forecasts public at the ITU conference, the two stocks were up 15% and 8.5%, respectively, on a single day. However, Hutchison Whampoa (other-otc: HUWHY - news - people ), Vodafone (nyse: VOD - news - people ) and other international telecommunication giants have been losing huge sums from investing in 3G.

Benefiting from the 3G fever pitch, the explosive performance of CCS broke the record of Hong Kong IPOs this year, though there is no guarantee that 3G licenses will definitely be launched in the country, nor that the network contracts will be granted to the company. With 6.3 billion yuan ($806 million) revenue in the first half of 2006, CCS barely eked out a net income of 194 million yuan ($24.6 million).

Two other companies, AUPU Electrical and Zhaojin Mining Industry, also debuted Friday. Though their performance lagged CCS's, the manufacturer of bathroom electrical appliances saw its price soar 32.5%, while the gold miner marked a 26% surge over its offering price.
