What happened to the Dividend? Nothing in the PR and nothing on the daily list to confirm a notice to NASD was ever filed for the Dividend?
I hope they do follow through but don't have that warm fuzzy feeling since they have avoided any mention since PRing a record date that obviously is not today as stated.

The last couple of days have been complete BS. I've watched tons of large block buys go through and the MM's just sit on the ask, but 5000 block sells drop us 10%, BS. Complete MM manipulation, we should have been back to .20 yesterday. Oh well, that's how it goes in pinky land, AURC's day is coming. More reports should follow shortly containing not just the gold dilivery, but the other metals they are extracting as well, GLTA...

Aurus Announces Extension Regarding Date of Record of Dividend
NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/31/07 -- AURUS Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AURC) had previously announced that it shall give each of its shareholders on record as of January 30, 2007 a premium of one share for every ten shares held in the Company.
AURUS announces that it must extend the date of record for granting the stock dividend until February 15, 2007. This is due to the delays caused by the holiday period in Russia which extended until mid January. The accountants need this additional period to ascertain the number of shares affected by this dividend. This is required in order to prepare their financial statements.

I was reading one of the more recently press events where they delivered over 1,000 ounces of gold. At least this is a money producing company and with the other recent news is gaining attention in our (penny) community.
I got in today and think this may be a good long term hold.

I agree Stock, they also signed an agreement with RSM-Top Audit, to become a fully reporting company! Dividend coming on the 15th of this month too. Also, remember that this time of year is very cold in Russia, the production numbers should increase as the ground softens toward spring and summer. The financing they aquired will be used for more equipement in both the refinery and deposits, which will result in more gold processed. This ultimately means more EPS which will boost our PPS!! It may take some time as you alluded to in your post, but I believe this one is a winner. Just remember to protect your capital!

I just looked at the press releases again. That was over 1,600 ounces of gold. That's a nice little million bucks +. And they are processing 150 tons of rock a day so they must have some substantial equipment (i.e. ASSETS) in order to do that processing.

Yep, and their latest financing agreement with Kyoto Holdings Inc will enable them to purchase more equipment to move more rock. A little sell off today because it was in the form of a CD(convertible debenture), but I like that this company is upfront with that info, which is very rare in pinky land. Time will tell with this one, but I like what I'm seeing. If they can get their audit completed in a timely manner and become fully reporting, we should see very sizable gains from these levels. I am sooo stoked about this stock but if it goes down too much I might get depressed...I hate it when you find a good company to invest in but there aren't enough people noticing to make the price of the stock go up. I'll give it a few weeks and watch for PR's.

IMO many traders are short sighted in pinky land, and rightly so. Many of these companies are F.O.S and many get halted or drop like rocks. I believe AURC is different but the market seems to be playing cautious, at least until we get some AF's or news that production will be increasing due to more equipement coming or in place. Personally I feel this might be the most undervalued play out there, if they really are producing gold like they have stated. I have a sizable position and I feel confident in my investment. GLTA

MONTREAL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/16/07 -- Aurus (PINKSHEETS: AURC) announced that its first shipment for February surpassed the amount shipped for the entire month of January. According to the Company, it has tripled the quantity shipped on a bi-monthly rate. Have you guys heard about the AURC DD video? A guy over on www.investorshub.com named 2create and his wife traveled to Russia and met with the President and board of directors of AURC. They also met with RSM Top Audit and confirmed they are doing the Audited Financials for AURC. They also claimed to have been to the Krong site, where the current gold production is being unearthed and processed. The video is said to be almost 30mins long and was originally recorded in Russian, but they have edited it so all the dialog will be in English. They are trying to figure out how to post the video so everyone can view it, but there have been some difficulties because it is so large (2.2 gigs). It is DVD quality so there are not that many options or forums they can post it on, but when they get it posted I'll supply a link for the Allstocks board. I love Allstocks, but FWIW IHub is the place to be for AURC, great info and lots of people posting every couple of minutes instead of days like here.
