That is fine with me....whoever you are, be sure you saw the post about getting those financials out BY THE 23RD. I can write that in Spanish too, if it helps.

I was doing some valuation. At .155 PPS the market cap is $77,500,000. The earnings are supposed to be $28,000,000. I know we are supposed to pay for growth, and 2007 looks good, but as a .PK, this is getting a little expensive. This is just my opinion. It will go up for the trade, but until there is clarity for 2007, its getting a little pricy. Only my opinion.

I think financials come out tomarrow or saturday like they said. Why wouldnt they pr this today. There shareholders were obviously worried about it. Makes sense to tell them what happend.

Bassically we have the scared people who are worried the audit wont come out on time selling and taking their profits. And then you have the people who think they are going to come out or at least want to take the risk of them coming out to make some big mula and they are holding strong.

Camelboy-
It should be crystal clear already that things don't work the way they are supposed to over at that company.
I have a business, and never have I seen so many inconsistencies, disorganization, unprofessional moves, and just plain well,...brainless acts. Starting from the pr's, to the CEO changes, the sc*ew up with the 50 mill. They appear to be very inexperienced for a company who claims to be so successful and big.
Not saying we can't profit from them , but I'm glad I don't do personal business with them.

Yeah, it is quite common for pinks to have screw ups and so forth. They are a growing company planning on going places. I dont find it that odd.

I dont follow this as closely as I should but wasnt the CEO change in regards to Petar having solid connections with Dubai? I must have missed how this was considered a bad thing? The previous CEO knew nothing about international affairs from what i understand so Petar drops in and uses his international experience and connections to "get things done".
As i said, i havent been following this very closely but this is how i understood it.

I have been following this very closely. There has been three different CEO's so far within a very short period of time.
In fact, there were two different ones within 24 hours.
The reason given was that: (pr QUOTE) CEO Petar Vucicevich stated: "The general public seems to disagree with our choices of Management; the board has decided that it would be in the best interest of the corporation that I now take on the position of CEO.
The above is the reason. Claiming the public disagreed.....sound right to you???? Not me, that's for sure.
Secondly, Petar is now planning on stepping down in six months time, to let in yet, ANOTHER new CEO. Making that four different ones within a few months span when that is finalized. And the clincher being, we the shareholders, get to pick him, like the "Next American Idol", so to say.

9/21/06 Interview with Chad from Marquee:
1) Have you been notified of any delay in the release of the audit?
No, Petar has not informed me of any delay. Therefore, we'll have to assume that on or before the 23rd, we'll have them. If there is a delay, we will be notified. Also, KPMG will be signing off on the audit.
2) Where will the audited financials be posted?
The audited financials will be posted to www.suljabros.com & will also be submitted to EDGAR.
3) Can you inform Petar that we voted regarding the possibility of having a message board on the Sulja website and of 146 votes, 133 said it's a bad idea? However, the idea of a CEO-**** to communicate was mentioned as a good idea.
Yes, Dwight (from Marquee) will be talking to Petar and will inform him. He also said that he does not believe Petar will do this anyway.
4) Do you ever release any PRs for Sulja?
No. I do not have the authorization to do so. However, I do try to gather the concerns of the shareholders and pass them to Petar for addressing. Today's PR is a good example.
4) Since you are doing the Sulja IR for free, on a trial basis, will you continue to do this in the future?
No. At this point, I have sold Marquee to Dwight. Dwight and his team will be fielding all calls going forward.
5) Does Dwight have a working relationship with Petar?
Yes. He speaks with Petar directly often and has a very good working relationship with him.
6) Why did you sell Marquee?
I plan to focus more on my real estate business and other ventures. The level of stress associated with managing the IR for Sulja is very, very high. In addition, many people do not appreciate the hard work that is being done here. I've also been threatened and my character and integrity has been questioned one too many times.
7) Will Sulja continue to use Marquee or hire a large IR firm?
Sulja will most likely hire a large IR firm in the near future.
8) I would like to gather other questions from the board and have them answered. Should I contact Dwight?
Yes. Gather the questions and e-mail them to Dwight. He will either answer or get the answers from Petar and respond back to you (or Petar will issue a PR or Statement, if warranted).
9) One last question. Are the financials posted on the Sulja site in U.S. or Canadian dollars?
Dwight will contact Petar to confirm and we will let you know. ***************************************************************
If anyone has any questions, please let me know. I'll gather them up and e-mail Dwight tonight!

If they are on EDGAR than there is nothing to worry about.

Gee, I wonder why? Has he finally realized it's because of his involvement.
"What's that you say CHAD..? It's getting too hot, let me out of the kitchen"?
BTW - He wants to focus on his real estate business, the one that's on his site that he advertised as one of his clients, the one I said weeks ago that was his all along, Thanks for the confirmation now Chad!
So now Chad goes and we have what, ANOTHER new IR firm, anything else they want to change while they're at it?

One more thing, has it occured to anyone here as to why we all called today, myself four times just today, several emails were sent, and none of us here could talk with Chad let alone have a long list answered.
How is it that Hog guy can always get a hold of him, anytime of the day, yet, we can go days with no contact.
I'm just really curious,...and such detailed responses. I would have never thought to ask if Chad was continuing to be the IR firm, what would have made us think otherwise.
Petar, if your reading here, hope you've got those audited's ready.

Petar, if your reading here, "You got that!"
It is curious but not insane. I'm sure he is trying to make a transition the best he can. Go back 4 months. Pause and look where they are today. Breath Patients. So there may be a dip of share holder confidence and PPS. Sounds like the bouncing ball is still in motion. Cover your azz and lets move on.

Huge spread at the moment .105-.155, 7:35am. Hope its an MM scare tactic to shake more shares. MM's may be playing on the fears of the weak to help them cover or maybe they know something we don't. Only time will tell.
My guess on the day is .11-.12 no audited financials and no meaningful PR if any at all. Audited financials will be issued to late to save the day. It will be a flippers paradice.
Again this is only a guess and not what I want to see happen.
GLTA!!!
PS: Petar release those financials today.

Regardless if the AF is filed today or over the weekend or next week this company will continue to move forward. may I remind you - "Company has indicated the release of the Audited Financials by September 23, 2006." Very simple IMO. and that’s why I say cover when you can but no reason to run for the hills.

yep he and schwabie come as a pair. both are in this. and both IMO have not misled me at all, in fact they often show sparks of wisdom in their own way that helps read between the lines of many others. Good to have them around.
