This stock obviously goes higher. All this panic. The fins. are stamped, and will be out. No reason to think otherwise.

I like your thinking but, where does it say they are stamped.

"...We are happy to announce again that the completion of the year-end fiscal audit for SLJB is eminent and should be available for viewing on the corporate web-site no later than the end of this week."???

I'm not bashing I'm in and holding.

Has anyone called Marquee to complain about the lame CEO message and the round about way he states that the fins SHOULD BE on the web-sit by EOW.

"The company financial audit is nearing completion. We anticipate having the audit stamped this week. Early next week the completed audit will be available for shareholders to view at www.suljabros.com. I will also issue a new statement made available at the same website on Monday morning."

If he hadnt announced he was going to make that damn statement on monday morning none of this would be happening right now. Something came up and he had to delay it until later in the day. Everyone panicked over nothing and are bringing up the stuff we have been talking about for months now and starting to scare everyone. If the whole statement delay hadnt occured, we would be at .25 right now.

I'm in and wait on the completion of the financials. I don't like the statement after that sentence that leeds us to believe that they could be delayed. I'm hoping that he is trying to explain the two day delay from Wednesday to Friday.

No, that statement Camelboy posted was from the EOW PR LAST week....meaning it was supposed to be stamped LAST week. I thought I had seen the word stamped too....

i know sherri. Im talking about the meaningless "statement that everyone was so worried that it got delayed for 3 or 4 hours" The audited financials are still supposed to be out this week as planned.

I'm wondering if he was wiating to see if he could lock down a date and time for the financials. That would have a good reason to postpone the post. Could have been a family emergency. We will never know.

Don't be dissapointed if they don't give you any info as to their relationship with SLJB. I called about a month ago and the guy said he wpould call me back and he did then he asked me if I was with any type of reporting company, I said no, he said okay I'll call you back, then he called back and said he couldn't relay any info. seems like they are from the sound of it. What would be really interesting is to call them and ask if they are doing buisness with some other company that they are not doing buisness with and see if their reasponse is the same...

No I understood that....I should have posted your quote....I was referring to the debate about whether the fins were stamped or not. The comment you posted about the stamping was from last week, and they were supposed to be stamped last week, so hopefully they already are (invester was right the first time in other words)...

Can someone tell me why IHUB is the place where all the peeps post most of the info? I mean you have to pay to post.... Am I missing something here? Why PAY to post about stocks? Why wouldn't they just post here or on HSM?

Wait I am playing the pennies... that doesn't make sense either I guess.

Ahh nevermind, there prolly is no good answer.

I just would rather see people post on here with their "info" then on a pay to post site. Man, people will buy anything... oops, again, I am playing pennies with my hard earned $$ [Big Grin]

Got in the shower and the lady called me back.(FIGURES) I was surprised that she really did. You're right Poor, she left a message saying that she checked with some people and she is not allowed to give out that information. I got the same feeling as you did though. If they weren't doing business with them, why would they not be allowed to give out that info. I had told her that I was an individual investor, just trying to confirm. Very nice lady and a very quick return call. I'm even more confident now, and for those that don't believe me call 212-758-9700 talk to Margret(I won't give her last name for her privacy). GLTA

Marquee Interview w/Chad:

1)Will the audit really be out by Friday?

Yes and could be Thursday, if all goes well. There are several locations involved (U.S., Canada, UAE, Egypt), so it’s a little more complicated than most think.

2)Are we really using KPMG & PWC?

One of the two will be signing off on the audit. Based on the vibes I got, it’s KPMG, which was verified by someone on the board already.

3)What’s the deal with 50M extra shares in the A/S?

This is a mistake and is still being worked on. 100% guarantee its still 800M. It was caused by someone requesting 50M certs. The transfer agent messed up. Should be fixed on the Nevada site soon.

4)Why is Petar leaving?

Petar is the man who’s landing us huge deals. For example, the deal he landed with the Liberian government. He will be staying on and continuing to get us deals. We need a top-notch CEO who can lead a public company. There was a mention of a Home Depot executive, as a possibility.

5)Why did Petar release his last statement prior to the audit? Petar is trying to be up front and honest with the shareholders, regardless of the timing. He’s not trying to be a pumper-CEO.

6)When will the 1Q results be completed?

Not sure.

7)Is the OTCBB paperwork ready?

The move to the OTCBB will happen shortly after the audit.

8)Are we still having the *** interview?

This may or may not take place. There are actually some things in the work (i.e. coverage), which will give the company better exposure. Basically, interviews with bigger players than ***. FYI, Petar will be doing the interview(s).

9)The Marquee Asset Mgmt website will be updated in the near future to provide you with some educational information with regards to short covering and the like. It will also provide you with an example of a company who basically forced the shorts to cover. This will help everyone understand what is likely to take place with SLJB.

10)Can you again confirm the cement deal is final? The cement deal is a done deal.

11)Can you explain more about the big buying that will most likely take place in the near future?

At this point, the stock is unsolicited, meaning, brokers can’t call their people and tell them about this great opportunity. Once the audit, etc. are complete, they will be able to do this. Chad knows of many firms that will be buying big (many have called him already).

12)Other than the steel, lumber, and lumber mill deal, is there anything else in the works?

Yes, there is something else, but Chad could not expand on it.

13)Is Wessal done buying?

He does not think they are done.

Overall, hold on to your shares folks!!! The audit is coming!!

All of the above is in my opinion only. Please do not buy or sell based on what I have written.
