What's up with the lack of converstion on this stock? Lots of movement in the past week but no talk on this board. Just curious if I am missing something.

I need some advice here. I have been flipping this stock lately. However yesterday I could not get out of my position. I am not familiar with splits. What is the effect going to be positive or neg? Short and Long term? Any help is appreciated.
