I know this isn't under .10 but it's been picked by Rocket__ stock__ picks and the last time they picked this company up it ran from low 30s to 1.25 so keep an eye on this one. I got out at over a dollar. just bought back last week at .30

Shaker here is a gift from FBVG management for you regarding the reasons for the dividend and helping the stock price as 10/2 approaches. Going to get some. Maybe get a AWYB type move.
Okay-Just got the plan on dividend from Management -thanks for the email address. It seems they have a pretty good reason for the dividend and think it will cause the shorts to cover as Oct 2 approaches. It may explain shorting going on now too. FBVG.
"Note the only one punishing the shareholders is the MM who have to cover their short position by the date of record… they have two options cover the short by pushing the value downward (so that shareholders will dump their stock back to them)… or cover the short position by purchasing that short position back into the open market… there will be no short position in this stock on the record date… if they cannot entice investors to dump their stock out at this price… you guess what they have to do next…"
