It popped up on my scanner this weekend.

RSI under 20. I'm watching it, but do not have a position, yet.

I can see this hitting 75 cents. But I will wait and see what happens.

I would rather buy at 20 cents, knowing it is moving up, than buy at 15 cents hoping it doesn't keep dropping.

O/S was about 62 million in Jan 2005, reduced to 52 million in April 2006. I would call the T/A and find out current O/S to determine if they are dilluting or not. Then I would definately keep this on the radar screen.
