Just got this nice notice from the CEO, and keeps me liking this company:

July 30, 2006
Dear Shareholder:
With confidence in our vision and ability to achieve the goals set forth in our
Nuclear Solutions (NSOL) and Fuel Frontiers (FFI) mission statements, I am
writing today with a progress report. As you would expect of a responsible
public company, we have been and will remain cautious and intentionally
conservative in our communications and media releases. However, we at NSOL and
FFI are proud to report that we stand ready to step boldly into the alternative
fuels arena, which we have been carefully preparing to enter for some time.
After months of planning, team building, technology development, and devising
funding opportunities, we believe that we have turned the pivotal corner to
bring final elements of success to fruition.
Upon receipt of additional working capital, we will be able to accelerate final
planning, site design, and engineering for our planned synthetic ethanol
production facility on Route 9 in Dover Township, New Jersey. Once these events
have transpired, we anticipate being able to conclude bond and additional
funding for this project. Moreover, the project development efforts for another
synthetic ethanol production facility in eastern Pennsylvania, arguably our most
significant potential site to date, are progressing favorably and lease
negotiations are close to finalization.
With the development of our synthetic ethanol production technology and
facilities, NSOL/FFI is simultaneously pursuing the opportunity and the means to
enhance the production of bioethanol. Our approach, which captures NSOL's
proprietary and innovative techniques, is designed to reduce costs typically
associated with conventional distillation-based production of ethanol.
It is our firm belief that we will set new standards for ethanol production
worldwide. We realize that this is by no means a small undertaking and to
accomplish this feat we are taking steps to expand our staff to meet an
aggressive agenda. Never taking our eye off the ball, NSOL continues to
research, develop and investigate relevant intellectual property in addition to
our ethanol technology to acquire an appropriate portfolio of assets for future
commercial development.
I invite you to watch closely for forthcoming developments and progress as we
continue actualizing our business plan.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
Patrick Herda

Sounds good except raising capital may mean
dilution.

NSOL1.07, +0.01, +0.9%) this AM! Nuclear Solutions engages in the research, development, and commercialization of innovative product technologies to address emerging market opportunities in the fields of homeland security, nanotechnology, and nuclear remediation. It develops and licenses gravimetric shielded nuclear material/portable nuclear weapon detector, which screens trucks and shipping containers in for the presence of shielded nuclear weapons useable materials, such as uranium and plutonium; embeddable nuclear micro-batteries that supplies power for computer chips, micromotors, remote sensors, implantable medical devices, and other defense and aerospace applications; and tritiated water separation technology, a method used to reduce the volume of stored water contaminated with tritium, the radioactive isotope of hydrogen. Nuclear Solutions, through its subsidiary, Fuel Frontiers, Inc., also intends to design, finance, construct, and operate multiple ethanol synthesis facilities worldwide. It has strategic relationship with Multipartner, S.P.A for consulting and developmental services in Europe. NSOL intends to commercialize their technologies through: strategic partners, joint-venture partners, licensees, and other customers who will carry out project implementation, manufacturing, end-user marketing activities, and deployment of their technologies. The company intends to generate revenue from the licensure, sale, and other usage agreements associated with their technologies. As a partner to the industry, it is Nuclear Solutions' goal to serve the nuclear, environmental, and defense industries as a purveyor of specialized nuclear technologies. NSOL has had several excellent news announcements out lately and one again after yesterday's bell announcing they have launched Liquidyne Fuels, Inc. to produce virtually fossil-free ethanol! This could be great news for investors!

NSOL1.07, +0.01, +0.9%) has launched Liquidyne Fuels, Inc., to establish multiple bioethanol plants using Startech Environmental Corporation's Plasma Converter technology as part of a waste-to-energy hybrid approach for bioethanol production. The Liquidyne Fuels business model virtually eliminates the use of fossil fuels such as natural gas and coal that are normally consumed during the production of conventional fermentation-based ethanol.
This approach to bioethanol production is being pursued concurrently and in conjunction with Nuclear Solutions' and Fuel Frontiers' ongoing plans for waste-to-ethanol synthesis facilities. Liquidyne Fuels intends to locate new bioethanol production facilities domestically and internationally, with initial focus on the east and west coasts of the United States.
In tandem with ethanol synthesis from waste sources, Nuclear Solutions now intends to use a waste-to-energy hybrid approach to dry-mill bioethanol production that would employ Plasma Converters supplied by Startech Environmental Corporation to accomplish the virtual elimination of fossil fuels in the production cycle. This approach to bioethanol production will be executed by Liquidyne Fuels, Inc.
Nuclear Solutions, Inc. President and CEO Patrick Herda explains, "We are pleased to unveil this next phase of our strategy in the ethanol business. Burning fossil fuels for the production of ethanol is old-school and counterintuitive when producing an environmentally friendly fuel additive. We intend to produce a more environmentally conscious brand of ethanol, which is why we plan on doing this fossil-free.
"As our business model reflects, we believe at least two promising avenues are attractive and complementary for the production of ethanol. One of the ways we are pursuing is the synthesis of ethanol from wastes that led to the formation of our subsidiary Fuel Frontiers. The other way is to apply new innovations to more conventional approaches in order to overcome existing limitations and some of the barriers that previously limited the worthwhile production of ethanol within key geographic markets.
"We believe the combination of these two symbiotic approaches makes economic sense and helps position us to fulfill our goal of maximizing ethanol production to meet the ever-increasing demand for fuel."
Nuclear Solutions, Inc. is an innovative technology development company committed to exploring, developing, and commercializing viable products in the areas of nanotechnology, environmental technology, homeland security and defense, and, most recently, alternative fuels. In August 2005, Nuclear Solutions, Inc. established Fuel Frontiers, Inc. (FFI), a subsidiary implementing its own unique business model to utilize commercially available and proprietary technologies to transform low-value, end-of-life carbonaceous waste materials such as waste coal, used tires, wood wastes, biomass, discarded corn stalks and other agricultural by-products, into high-value, environmentally friendly, clean-burning ethanol. With its global Strategic Alliance Agreement with Connecticut-based Startech Environmental Corporation, FFI gains access to Startech's innovative, proven and proprietary Plasma Converter(TM) System, which is proposed for use in planned facilities to transform feedstock materials into ethanol. To diversify its ethanol production model beyond ethanol synthesis from waste sources, Nuclear Solutions is also pursuing innovations in bioethanol production through its subsidiary Liquidyne Fuels, Inc. Currently, Fuel Frontiers, Inc. and Liquidyne Fuels, Inc. report their operations and financial results on a consolidated basis within Nuclear Solutions, Inc.'s public filings. Looking good!
